Due to the most extreme circumstances in our lives, I needed help with my son. I needed someone to take my son out and do the activities that he wanted to do. I was then given the phone number of Keighley Care.
The moment I walked into Keighley Care we felt welcomed by all the Staff. The cheerfulness
of the staff was lovely to see.
The ethos of Keighley Care is to care from the heart. This is apparent, and careers have helped to promote independence and build up my son’s confidence.
The care package is tailored to what my son wants to do, and I feel totally safe knowing that.
The P.A. are helpful, caring, compassionate, and smartly dressed in their Keighley Care clothing and their ID is always clearly visible.
I know that Keighley Care is only a phone call away and when you phone you get to speak to a person and not an answering machine.
my son now goes to the gym and swims twice a week and he also goes ten-pin bowling.
I would definitely recommend Keighley Care.

My mother had fallen today, and the manager was at Mum's house in 10 mins; he had rung for an ambulance, and the ambulance came when I arrived from Harrogate. First class service all-round - all the staff are helpful and friendly.
