As a Director of the organisation and former Registered Manager, Mugove brings extensive clinical and operational expertise to the leadership team. Her background across acute, primary and community care enables her to provide strategic oversight while promoting safe, person-centred and clinically effective care.

Her experience as a Practice Nurse and Non-Medical Prescriber supports robust clinical governance, including long-term condition management, risk assessment and collaborative working with GPs and other healthcare professionals. Previous leadership roles as Registered Manager, Nursing Home Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead and Head of Care have given her significant experience in service management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and workforce development.

Mugove has a strong understanding of safeguarding, governance and continuous quality improvement. She provides strategic leadership and supports the management team to ensure the organisation continues to deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality community care.

His role involves managing daily operations, supporting staff development, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering effective communication across departments. His skills serve as a liaison between clinical staff and management, helping to implement policies, improve workflows, and maintain a patient-centred approach.
