I want to leave a review of Allcare Services expressing my gratitude and appreciation for all that Juliet and her staff have done for my Mum who has now had to go into a care home. If it had not been for Allcare, then Mum would have had to have gone into care far sooner but this way, she was able to spend another year at home with her beloved dog and cat who are her best pals. Juliet's staff were compassionate, gentle and kind, very undemanding and understanding and Mum got on well with them all. During her last year at home, Allcare provided live in care which worked really well. Juliet and her colleagues were always on the end of the phone if needed and everything worked the way it was meant to. My brother and I feel blessed for having had the help of Allcare Services for the last few years (first it was visits through the day, then it became live in care as her needs increased) and we want to wish them and their wonderful staff all the best for the future.
