I would not recommend Care 1 to anyone as it is the worst company I have ever been in. Your times keep getting moved when a new client came on and if you asked for female carers, most of the time you got male. There was no consistency in what carer was coming in and the owner told all carers coming to me not to get friendly with me, which hurt so much.

We are sorry to learn that this is how you feel despite being listened to and requests/concerns addressed. Set visit times were in place though you advised staff that you were not particular about your visit times. Staff are trained to maintain good friendly working relationships with service users...
