Mileage Charges for Outings
If a client wishes to go out with their carer using the carer’s vehicle, mileage will be charged at 45p per mile to cover personal travel. This ensures carers are reimbursed fairly for fuel and vehicle use during community outings, appointments, or errands.


All mileage charges will be clearly explained and agreed in advance as part of your care plan.

  • Support with medication is limited to prompting and administration of pre-packaged medication (e.g., blister packs), in line with staff training and company policy. We may have to decline care packages where complex medical needs exceed the competencies of our staff or the scope of our registration.
