Mileage Charges for Outings
If a client wishes to go out with their carer using the carer’s vehicle, mileage will be charged at 45p per mile to cover personal travel. This ensures carers are reimbursed fairly for fuel and vehicle use during community outings, appointments, or errands.


All mileage charges will be clearly explained and agreed in advance as part of your care plan.

I have had a very good experience with OneCloud Home Care. Their staff are really great and attentive and provide a good service. I am very really pleased with the level of home care and would definitely rate it 10 out of 10.

Mums support workers, who have worked with her for over a year, unfortunately both were moving on within a few weeks of each other, OneCloud have been great through this process communicating with mum and the family to introduce new workers and have shadow shifts with mums workers.
Mum was anxious
about the impending changes however she has now settled with the new support workers.
The workers have taken time to get to know mum, communicate with us all via a log and are flexible to mums needs.

I have been very pleased with the carers so far . They always turn up early and very pleased to see them . They carry out extra chores in the house. This includes housekeeping and doing washing that needs done . Drying it and putting it back in the correct place . They always stay for the full time
and if all the jobs are done we will have a bit of a chat as well . They always seem very happy to be with me . On some of the days hirer up staff will come and due the duties along side the other carer . At no point do they give the impression they are not keen to do the job
