A huge thank you to Monarchy for the amazing and caring work done by your care team supporting my wife in her final days. Without exception all carers did a fantastic job, nothing too much trouble. Always friendly and chatty which is just what was needed. Thanks again
We appreciate your kind words and are so glad you had a wonderful experience with Monarchy Care Service .
We use Monarchy after a disastrous time with a care company that nearly put our grandma in hospital. Our current level of service is hit and miss - some carers are attentive but others do the bare min and this has an impact on Grandma whose needs grow week on week. The level of attentiveness by those writing the support plans and lack of clear Re-assessment of needs fails the carers to be able to fulfil roles within the client's home whilst the client is relatively safe - the attention to details that enable independence within the home is varied. For example, not encouraging fix dentures leads to undernutrition, not washing/drying properly has led to sore areas. We have had issues with safety around the home, bin bags tied to cupboards in walkways where Grandma could potentially be. Whilst care is of an acceptable but minimal standard there has, and continues to be, a lot of direction and input from family for things that should be done as part and parcel of a home care service.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologise that your grandmother's care did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable with the care provided to a loved one, and we are truly sorry for any distress this may have caused...
It is not possible to generalise on the work of these people, some are very good, others very poor in their appreciation of the way we have lived our lives and in helping with domestic chores!
Thank you for your feedback, we apologise that you feel that your care was not well taken care of, as discussed on the telephone, I hope the changes we made to provide you with the staff of your preference will bring a positive outcome.
I have not marked value for money as I do not know how much yet.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. Positive feedback like this is what motivates us to keep providing the best care possible to all our clients and their families. I will pass on the message to the team who will be very happy to hear. Best wishes.
Friendly, helpful staff, willing to assist with anything I needed at that time. Ready to change things to meet appointments etc. Very happy with the services provided so far for personal and other care tasks. Never rushed, they follow the needs of the individuals being cared for.
Thank you for your review, it is very much appreciated and I'll pass on the compliment to the team.
Overall I am satisfied. My only complaint is that at weekends the nurse (who comes in the morning) is often late and very rushed as she has to fit clients in on Saturdays and Sundays due to their relatives taking it easy over the weekend.
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit the review and your lovely feedback. We will look into the one care member you feel is often late on weekends. We apologise for the situation and will correct this matter and make sure she always comes on time every Saturday and Sunday. We hope you continue to find the service positive.
My experience with Monarchy Care has been better than I expected. I have two carers who care for me on a regular time. They have been kind, keep to a regular time and particularly, I feel they perform their duties in a very professional way. They have seen me through a very bad time with my legs and they are now better because of the care I have had. They have supplied the kind of carer I asked for two years ago and her and her team have accepted any requests of mine.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service and thank you for the positive feedback in regards to the care you are receiving.
I am very happy with my care. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her. I am kept clean and fed and she does my shopping, collects my prescriptions and takes me out for a little walk.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. I will pass your kind words to your regular carer who will be very happy that you feel they supported and cared for you so well. Our staff always go above and beyond to be professional, supportive and as helpful as they can be.
I have been a service user for a few years and I find the staff wonderful. They are always friendly, caring, and honest and make me feel at ease.
Thank you for your positive feedback and continued support over the years. We will continue providing quality care to you as always.
Without a doubt, dementia is an awful disease, and when professional care is required, a family needs to have confidence that their loved one is in good hands. On behalf of our family, I wanted to specifically mention two particular members of staff whom I met at my father-in-law's home this week. They met his care needs with compassion, dignity, patience and cheerfulness and really put him at ease. I witnessed exemplary care. A big thank you from all of us.
