All the carers showed great kindness and professionalism in caring for my mum. They treated her with respect at all times. I did have to remind some carers to wear their full PPE and to observe their own personal cleanliness when using the toilet.
Reply from Umar Kala, Registered manager at Primary Carers 24/7 (Home Care) LtdThank you so much for your thoughtful review. We're truly grateful for your kind words about the care and respect our team showed your mum-it means a great deal to us. We also appreciate your feedback regarding PPE and hygiene practices. Your observations are important, and we take them seriously as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. We will ensure that all team members are reminded of the standards we expect and the trust families place in us. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

The care provided by Primary Carers 24/7 was excellent company. Primary Carers 24/7 supported my late father six months ago. All carers are well-trained and caring. They showed my father great respect and gave him back his dignity, as well as providing the highest standard of personal care. The staff
in the office are also very helpful and with understanding to all our queries. Also, the management of the agency has a personal approach and were always helpful. Thank you to the whole team and Primary Carers 24/7 is the best.

The care provided by Primary Care was excellent. The end of life is stressful and emotional for both the patient and the family witnessing this sad time. All the girls treated Mum with dignity and compassion and were always professional in their duties. They gave me strength and understanding at a very
difficult time. I thank them all for their support and trustworthiness.

Primary Carers supported my late father for several years. We, as a family were so pleased with the professional care, kindness and support that all the carers provided. The carers were always courteous, friendly, kind, flexible and hard working. The carers have a lot of continuous professional development
and this is evident from the way they work. The staff in the office are also very helpful, responding promptly and with understanding to all our queries. Thank you to the whole team.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My husband has been cared for at home during six years living with dementia.
In that time we have used several care agencies. All of them created a great deal of stress by being unreliable, especially at weekends, and by sending poorly trained and at times uncaring staff who did not treat my husband
with the respect he deserved.
We were lucky to find Primary Carers 24/7 in September 2021. They are by far the best care provider we have had and we actually looked forward to seeing the carers when they visited 4x each day.
All carers are well trained and caring. They showed my husband great respect and gave him back his dignity as well as providing the highest standard of personal care. The management of the agency has a personal approach and were always helpful.
They never once let us down.
Sadly my husband died in June 2022. We regarded the carers as friends and I was so grateful that five of them attended his funeral service.
Primary Carers 24/7is simply the best.
