We have had fantastic service from Farmhouse Care. The carers are lovely, cheerful and show great understanding of my dad and how to best support him. The office staff are friendly and helpful and I feel that we are working as a team. All aspects of care - meals, personal care, laundry and housework are carried out to very high standards. They also understand the importance of offering companionship during the care calls. We know how happy he is to see them. All carers are given information on his likes and dislikes, helping him to choose his meals, finding his favourite TV programmes etc. We have regular updates and discussions about his care which is very helpful to us as a family. We are particularly impressed with the senior carers who lead his care and ensure that consistent high standards are maintained. I feel very happy and grateful that, because of their care, they are helping my dad to live as he wants in his own home.
