Based in Dorset, Farmhouse Care started in 2018 and they provide domiciliary, home care services to their clients in and around Christchurch, New Milton, Fordingbridge, Ringwood and the surrounding areas. Their aim is to provide the best possible care and support to the elderly and vulnerable, in the comfort of their own home. Not only does this enable clients to live independently, but to also have respect, dignity, and the privacy that comes with being cared for in their own homes.

There is nothing more important to them than the health and wellbeing of their clients and they pride themselves on achieving positive outcomes. Farmhouse Care works closely with every client, their health professionals, and their families, and shape their care plans to suit their individual needs. This bespoke, client-centred approach means families can have the peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for by a team of individuals who want the best for everyone involved.

I have a visit by a carer each morning to assist with my personal care needs. All staff are usually punctual and very polite, cheerful, considerate, caring, efficient and professional in all that they do for me, which is much appreciated.

I have every confidence in Farmhouse Care Agency. From the management to all the care workers, I am impressed with their knowledge and experience, especially in dealing with someone with dementia. The carers are always cheerful on their arrival and I am left feeling uplifted and confident that my husband
has been treated with kindness and dignity.

Any experience after two years is one of complete satisfaction with the care provided by Farmhouse Care Agency. Staff provide good service in a timely manner involving various tasks. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional and are always well presented.

We have had fantastic service from Farmhouse Care. The carers are lovely, cheerful and show great understanding of my dad and how to best support him. The office staff are friendly and helpful and I feel that we are working as a team. All aspects of care - meals, personal care, laundry and housework
are carried out to very high standards. They also understand the importance of offering companionship during the care calls. We know how happy he is to see them. All carers are given information on his likes and dislikes, helping him to choose his meals, finding his favourite TV programmes etc. We have regular updates and discussions about his care which is very helpful to us as a family. We are particularly impressed with the senior carers who lead his care and ensure that consistent high standards are maintained. I feel very happy and grateful that, because of their care, they are helping my dad to live as he wants in his own home.
