The carers have a difficult job and not a lot of time to carry out all that is required but turn up and do it with a smile and really care about what is happening to my mother. Any concerns they have with my mother are dealt with promptly and show that they are dealing with a person. They have also taken responsibility for a number of things which means we now know we can relax as these things are done, thank you.
