Nan has sadly passed away at the time of me writing this review, but I know that each and everyone of the team had a special place in Nans heart, and us as a family will be forever grateful for the care and support given over the time they cared for Nan.
From management right down to the team on the visits nothing was ever too much. We could ask for help and if the team could do it, they would, without hesitation.
I would always recommend this company, they become a part of the family.

My 90 year old cousin visited me for xmas and New Year. She registered blind and suffers with dementia. We needed short term care whilst my cousin was with me and Your Choice Care stepped in. Management were amazing sorting out the care that was needed and the carers were brilliant, patient and compassionate, nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this company.

They are friendly, caring, patient and personable. They are professional and very kind even when my husband is agitated snd not cooperative.

I cannot praise Your Choice Care & Support enough. They provided care for my mum right up until she passed. My mum was very anxious to receive home care but all the staff were incredibly kind and put her at ease. They would also reassure my dad when needed. The office staff were brilliant and ensured my mum was happy with the care she received and frequently checked in. Thank you so much to the whole team at Your Choice Care & Support.
Some carers are lovely and do what you ask, some think they know all the answers and will not listen but on the whole they are good.
I couldn't wish for a better care team to look after my mum. I knew she was well looked after and mum looked forward to your visits every day. You always kept me informed if there were any issues. When mum had to go into hospital followed by a nursing home she was fighting hard to go back home to be cared for by your team again. It wasn't to be and mum passed away in October. Thank you very much to all the carers who visited mum.

My sister, being a carer herself, was very happy with the care she received from the team. A lovely rapport was built between my sister and the carers, she always spoke to the family about her conversations and laughter with the team. Meet the Team (7)
Sally has over 35 years of experience in the care sector. Originally beginning her career as a carer, Sally has worked in both residential/nursing care homes and domiciliary care.
Over the years, Sally has progressed from a carer role, working her way up to co-coordinator, deputy manager and eventually registered manager for a large domiciliary care company, including extra care units.
In 2019, using her many years of experience and knowledge, Sally established her own company, Your Choice Care & Support Ltd, and is now supported by a dedicated team of staff.
Kimberly has experience in the care industry, initially as a carer back in 2015, working her way up to a managerial level where she managed an extra care unit, working closely with vulnerable adults. Prior to this, Kimberly managed a social inclusion service for residents within a care setting.
In 2020, Kimberly joined Your Choice Care & Support Ltd as a manager, where she constantly strives to develop new skills. In 2021, Kimberly completed her level 5 leadership and management diploma in Health and Social Care.
In 202,5, after supporting the registered manager with all aspects of running the company, Kimberly took over the registered manager role.
Rachel has worked in the care sector for over 15 years. Initially, Rachel worked in the offices of a large care company in the finance department.
Over the years, Rachel has developed her skills, not only in an administrative role but also working as a carer supporting people in their own homes. working her way up to a coordinator.
Rachel was one of the first to join Your Choice Care & Support Ltd as an office coordinator, where she uses her knowledge of both finance and care to support our team of staff. Rachel has now worked her way up and is our Deputy Manager.
Matt is our senior co-ordinator, supporting both carers and our service users.
He has previous care experience, and before joining Your Choice Care & Support Ltd, he started his career as a support worker, progressing to a managerial level.
Matt is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of our team and works closely with carers to develop their knowledge and also with our service users, making sure a high level of care is maintained. Matt oversees the day-to-day running of the office.
Tiki has been working in the care industry for over 11 years in a variety of roles. She joined Your Choice Care in 2024 and worked her way up to Team Leader. Tiki has developed her role and now manages all recruitment.
She is a mentor and supporter to all our carers, and following completion of her training in mental health first aid, she is now the wellbeing officer for all our staff.
Trudi has been working in the care industry in a variety of roles for over 30 years. Trudi joined the company in 2024 as a coordinator, supporting Matt with the everyday running of the office.
Trudi ensures all of our service users' care plans are kept up to date and person-centred, as well as supporting the carers and rostering.
Mark joined us in 2021, starting as a carer and working his way up to a Team Leader role in 2023. He works closely with all of our carers, completing frequent supervisions and offering them support, as well as providing high-quality care to our service users.
