My husband suffers from dementia. He had chest infection and later a few falls. Sena Care workers were very helpful, especially when he needed extra care. They are kind, punctual and were easy to handle him with his mood swings. They make like family relationship. I am pleased, I used this agency and can recommend anyone.

Have used Senacare for seven years. The service has been excellent. My mother was treated with dignity and respect. The carers understood her dementia. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff at Senacare are friendly, cheerful people who are always willing to help - no job is too small for them. They are reliable and give good advice. The carers who visit me a regular basis know the lay-out of my home and it's contents and so often anticipate my needs. I find their daily visits comforting.

We are very satisfied with the service we receive. Daily my husband is got up and washed. When I returned from a stroke, Senecare ensured I was well looked after. The staff are very capable and caring. We appreciate regular meetings with the managers. Issues are discussed and concerns addressed. We have used this service for well over a year and are happy with this. Staff wear uniform and on appropriate occasions face masks. They are professional and are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.

Jayne is highly dedicated to ensuring all clients receive the highest level of exceptional care.
Parminder is the director of SenaCare Services, a trustworthy home care service he founded in 2019. With over 20 years of experience in the home care sector, he ensures that both he and his team deliver personalised, compassionate care to all clients. Parminder is highly committed to constantly improving the services SenaCare Services provides and always goes above and beyond for all.
