I find Salem care services very professional and they inform me of any problems very quickly , Mum is a fairly complex character and they deal with her in a kind and considerate manner I'm very satisfied with the service.

From the first day they came to care for me, I have struck up a wonderful bond with them. They can't do enough for me. They come in all smiles, and I can have a good laugh with them. I would recommend them. 1st class.

I am very happy with Salem's care of my mother, they arrive punctually and assist her to wash/shower and dress every morning. She enjoys a pleasant chat with them and tells everyone how good they are.

The four carers that I have at different times are lovely ladies, they come at about 8:30 to get me washed, and change night attire if needed. They always have a little chat when they make me a cooked breakfast. They tidy my bed and see that I am comfortable. They leave me a drink and a snack. The night
time one comes at about 8:45, makes me a cup of tea and sees I'm comfy for the night. They are so helpful.

Based on my experience first hand of the standard of care provided to my step-mother by the team of carers from Salem Community Services LTD and her level of satisfaction with her wonderful carers on a day-to-day basis, I highly recommend this care provider. Salem's communication, professionalism, patience,
punctuality, understanding and general willingness to take time to meet my step-mother's care needs with good humour and generosity really are outstanding. She especially appreciates her carers' ability to treat her with respect and integrity (not just another old pensioner) and to show sensitivity at all times in what can often be challenging situations given her mobility issues. Once again, I highly recommend Salem.

Excellent, friendly, efficient, punctual, go the extra mile. Thoughtful, caring, scrupulously honest, business-like. I can't praise them too highly! Salem have looked after both my parents and I would definitely recommend them.

The Salem Carers have provided care for our Mum for a few years and their care has been excellent at all times. Mum liked the fact she had the same Carers all the time and saw them as friends. If there were any problems or they noticed Mum was not so well they were quick to contact us to let us know.
We would use them again in a heartbeat. 100% satisfied with their care.

Huge thank you to all involved in my dads care. You went above and beyond duty and care at all times, not just caring for my terminal ill father, but also supporting my family throughout all the time you cared for him. My father was treated with the uttermost respect at all times. Thank you for being
my dads and our rock. It was a difficult year after losing my sister also, and now my dad, but I can not fault anyone involved in my dads care. Salem Care has been an inspiration and huge support to myself and my family.
