We have been using Honeybee for the last month, for help and support for my husband, who has mobility and cognitive problems. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the carers, who are so kind, friendly and efficient. We like that we have the same carer most days, which has helped with continuity and enabled us to develop a good relationship with her. My husband has nothing but praise for the care he is getting, and we would not hesitate to recommend your company.

From the outset Jade has been professional, kind and accommodating in all aspects of Mum's care. Carers are consistent, kind and willing to do whatever needs to be done. We are not sure how much longer Mum will be able to live independently but having the support of Honeybee makes it possible and reduces the anxiety involved when a loved one has dementia.

My 94 year old mother has vascular dementia. She has been receiving care from Honeybee for the past 6 months and the service they provide is excellent. There are several carers who visit my mother however we mainly have one carer who comes in on a more regular basis. She is kind and thoughtful and is very patient with my mother who can be extremely challenging at times. I have found the managers to be supportive and approachable and they have put together a very detailed care package for the team of carers to follow. All staff are professional, friendly and reliable.

We've been really pleased with the quality of the care visits we've received from Honeybee - the carers we've met have been all lovely, conscientious and hardworking. We like the fact that there's consistency from one day to the next in terms of who's coming and what time they'll call - it has made the transition easier for mum and is more helpful for us as her family.

HoneyBee HomeCare have cared for both of my parents in their mid 90’s, most recently my mother whose needs have been variable from companionship and domestic help to more traditional care needs following a period in hospital after a nasty fall a couple of months ago. The team have always been sensitive to her needs, versatile in the frequency and content of her visits, responsive and always patient, caring and professional, which has been reassuring to her family during a difficult time

HoneyBee carers were able to provide exactly the care and support I needed when recovering from surgery. They were professional, cheerful and encouraging. The service was also flexible as I improved, which I appreciated, and I would not hesitate to recommend HoneyBee to others.

We have been using HoneyBee for over a year now, to assist me to get my very disabled husband out of bed and ready for the day. As this includes manual handling and hoisting, it is not an easy task. We have one main regular carer who is brilliant, as she knows us both well now, but I can honestly say that all of the carers who stand in from time to time are equally competent, friendly and helpful and we are happy to see them all. I have no hesitation in recommending HoneyBee. They go out of their way to help and never let us down.

I have complete confidence and trust in Honeybees and can go out to work knowing that my mother will be safe and cared for while I'm away. Honeybees use their common sense and are clearly very experienced in dealing patiently with the idiosyncrasies of older people. They are also fantastic communicators. In particular, when my mother had an accident while I was away, Honeybees went way beyond the call of duty and stayed with her for several hours into the night till they were sure she was in safe hands, even though this meant that the carer in question would not get home till past midnight. Worth their weight in gold.

The main thing that we have found with HoneyBee is the fact that with one or two exceptions, the carers really care and are also very willing to help me as well as my husband. They frequently empty the bin, change duvet covers, and have picked up medicine from the chemist.

My mother has been with HoneyBee for over a year now, and the standard of care is still very high standard. As I live 200 hundred miles away, it's important to know my mother is in good hands. The carers are excellent, and nothing is too much trouble. I would like to thank HoneyBee for all their help and support.

I get lovely friendly carers who try their best to please in all the ways they can in short time they have. We have a laugh which is better than any tablets.

Reliable and diligent staff who show great care for my father. They are polite and treat my father with respect. Brilliant communication from the office. Very pleased with the staff and service provided by HoneyBee.

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to let people know how good this care agency is. My aunty had carers and they were not good, we were really worried about her, then we found Honey Bee and for the first time, I feel optimistic about my aunts care. She loves the carers that come to look after her and looks forward to seeing them. The bungalow is clean, and my aunt is being fed properly. They text my cousin if they need anything or are concerned about anything and the difference in my aunt is amazing. My aunt is looking well, and the change in her is amazing, all due to the brilliant staff of Honey Bee. Again, thank you so much, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Staff and management go above and beyond, things they deal with amaze me, from the smallest to the biggest problem they deal with for me. No request is too small for them to do they bring utter relief for me and enable me to live my life.

My Mother in Law is a customer of HoneyBee HomeCare and I am extremely grateful for the support of the carers and the professionalism shown on every occasion. The dedication of their care is what makes them very special and their reliability is impeccable.

I engaged HoneyBee to care for my mother who has advanced Vascular Dementia. The physical and medical care they have shown her has given us both great comfort.
