The care I have received from all staff at Helping Hands has been first-rate, and I am very happy with the service.
Kindest regards

Last view visits on Saturday evening, the bathroom toilet and sink and the separate toilet and sink have not been cleaned. This was reported to the office, and notes were to be updated.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry to hear that the bathroom and toilet areas were not cleaned during the recent Saturday evening visits. This is not the standard of care we expect to deliver. I am glad you have already reported this to the office and that the notes are being...
My mum is currently receiving home care. Mum is really happy with the care she is receiving. All carers are friendly and make mum feel safe and happy. This in turn makes us as a family relaxed knowing mum is receiving brilliant care.
We are very happy with 'Helping Hands' and would recommend their services.
The staff at Helping Hands always present my meals very well. They take care in what I eat. They make my meal times enjoyable, and they check my fridge for dates.
Excellent (all aspects).
All of these tasks are carried out efficiently and each care assistant assigned to my mum is friendly courteous and respectful.
On occasions, I have had to change visiting times or ask for extra help at short notice. The care assistants, branch staff and management at Helping Hands Home Care Southport have always gone above and beyond to support my mum's needs and care.
I have only been with Helping Hands for a short while but I am very pleased with the care they have provided for my husband who has dementia, the carers always treat him with dignity and seem genuinely concerened for my well being as well.
Best wishes.
As I recently had a hip replacement, Helping Hands came in twice a day to assist my husband who has dementia and to provide breakfast and a light tea for us both. Now I am more able, we have agreed for them to come in for one hour twice a week to do any cleaning, ironing and shopping which may be needed. In the past 2 months we have needed their service, I cannot praise all the ladies (and gentleman) enough for their help and kindness in what was a difficult time for us. A worthwhile service which I can thoroughly recommend.
Best wishes.
The staff provide good care for Mum and support us as a family to continue to keep Mum at home. They are aware of Mum's routine and do their best to keep that in place for her. We look forward to that continuing with the current staff.
Thank you so much for leaving such a great review! I'm delighted to hear that you're so pleased with the care we provide for your Mum and it is our absolute pleasure to give her support. Always happy to help!
Best wishes,
Kind caring staff who look after my mother, who has dementia, with dignity and compassion. The office staff are always happy and willing to provide more care as and well we need it. I and my family are very happy with the service.
Best wishes.

About me
I think that Helping Hands not only cares about its customers but also the staff, ensuring that they are supported and trained to provide a great service.
I am a mother of four and don‘t get much free time but if I do, I enjoy watching a good sci-fi film or reading a book on mythology.
