As my mother's advocate, I am very interested in my mother's care and happiness. All the carer's are very caring to mum & respectful. They make sure she's clean & tidy. She's always looked well cared for. I have a good rapore with all the carer's. They can contact me at any time by text or phone, if they need anything for mum or worried. Thank you for your very kind words - it's a privilege for us to be able to help.
My mum has had five weeks of living on her own due to her live-in family carers needing a break. Mum has Dementia and is physically very frail. For personal family reasons and other caring responsibilities, I was not able to care for Mum myself. St Catherine's Care had already been supporting Mum, so when requested, they were able to increase Mum's package of care at short notice. The support the carers have given to my mum has been exceptional, and both my mum and I have felt reassured that she is being well looked after. They always talk to Mum about what she needs, and if they have any concerns about Mum they keep in close contact with me to ensure all of Mum's physical and emotional needs are met. They even went the extra mile when I was having issues with the GP Surgery and Pharmacy and promptly sorted out the issue for Mum and me, relieving the stress I was having as a carer living away from my mum. I can highly recommend St Catherine's Care as an excellent care and support agency.
Thank you.
The carer and her manager from Saint Catherine's Care gave exceptional care for my father during these hard times of Covid, as did all the support services of the NHS, GP and District Nurse. They were always available to provide care, flexible as his needs increased and were able to provide live-in care straight away when requested and were able to cover for each other when required. They were very understanding of the situation and experienced carers. They were also very pro-active in alerting me what needs to be done in terms of extra equipment and specialist nursing and these messages would be echoed by the district nurse and GP when they visited. Thank you so much for your help and kindness, I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for an excellent review. Your comments will be passed on to the keyworker and her coordinator. It was a privilege to have supported you and your family during a challenging time. Thank you for choosing us.
