We had used this wonderful care company for approx. 18months as my mum went into palliative care. They were friendly, professional, kind, prompt and we always had a fantastic communication system. They kept me up to date of any concerns they may of had and adapted quickly to any changes that had to be made to make my mum safe and comfortable. Even though I was a large part of my mums care, they always assured me and helped me when I was scared or worried. Would totally recommend this care company to anyone.

This company is wonderful! Kind, considerate and compassionate service. My mother considered all the carers as friends. She sadly died on Boxing Day and Heal Angels were able to arrange a carer at 6hr notice to see my mum in her last few hours. The administration system is efficient and receiving invoices is reliable and I have had to query only a couple of things over a 3 year period. Thank you.

The carer is polite and friendly. Considerate helpful and caring. She has been regularly coming every day so has her routine and knows what is expected of her. She is very punctual and has never missed or been late.

Over the years I've had multiple agencies and Heritage Harrow is by far and away the best care agency I've had in my life! The carers are really friendly/easy to talk to and the office team are great at their jobs. They've really gone above and beyond in every way possible. It's a slightly newer/smaller company at the moment, but you can tell they care about both their staff and their customers.

I genuinely can't fault them - in a world of messy carers/unreliable agencies etc it's so nice to have somewhere you can trust! Professional, friendly, and flexible - with a real core of kindness.

Heritage Care have been the best care provider that I’ve used for my elderly mother who has dementia and struggles to walk. (And we’ve had several providers!) The care service starts from the top with an owner that stays in touch and takes time to listen to client needs. Brilliantly supported on the ground by a fantastic operations manager who always seems to be available to listen anytime and also executes our needs even at short notice. And last but not least the wonderful carers who patiently provide special ‘loving’ care for mum. I don’t feel this company is purely about the money, but instead very much about providing a quality service with a high standard of care. I’d struggle otherwise if I didn’t have the help.

Mum was quite reluctant to accept care initially but once she met with the team she soon began to make friends with her carers. Mum was very happy with her regular carers and so were we. The support the team gave both us and her was amazing. We cannot thank the team at Heritage Healthcare enough for the care they gave Mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.

I am very satisfied with the care I have received, despite a couple of incidences when my hearing loss was a problem with a couple of members of staff, this has been resolved and I am now happy with the two staff members who regularly attend.

We cannot express in words our gratitude to the Manager at Heritage Healthcare in Harrow. The love, care, kindness, understanding, professionalism, and her amazing way that she and her staff have shown my Auntie, who is 93, plus us as a family, has been out of this world. From the time we made contact, to the present day, as this started back in May 2020, she has been on the ball and got everything in place to ensure my Auntie is safe.
