I am filled with gratitude. From our first interaction, it was evident that Deway Care stands apart in its commitment to providing not just care, but a caring experience. Each carer took the time to understand my mother's unique needs and preferences. They treated her not just as a client, but as a
valued individual, deserving of respect and dignity. The staff's expertise in elderly care was evident in every aspect. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive in addressing any health concerns, ensuring my mother's safety and well-being. The team was consistently punctual and dependable.
The company's communication was excellent, keeping us informed and involved in my mother's care plan. Their transparency and willingness to listen and adapt to our feedback were remarkable.

Deway Care were very helpful setting up a new package of care for my mum following her stay in hospital and were quick and efficient replying to any queries we had.
The carers, some more experienced than others, were kind, friendly and helpful. Their care helped my mum's recovery and increased her
confidence to become independent again.

Absolutely lovely service and the carers really do give my grandmother excellent care, like as if she is their own grandma. They are there to attend to her every need and do a thorough job. I would definitely recommend Deway Care Ltd.

I wanted female carers only. And that’s what I got. I’ve got two lovely lady carers. They were both lovely patient ladies who took lovely care of me in the morning and in the evening. Thank you very much for your wonderful care.
