My mother had been receiving care from local authority. The care was OK but my mum deserved and needed a better service. My mum was diagnosed with dementia and needed consistency and the same face coming and going. Unfortunately, this was not something that our local authority could provide. I started looking for care providers who would match carer/carers to my mum. Came across Believe Health and Wellbeing Services. They came out and spent time with my mum and our family to find out my mums daily routine and my mum's past interests and what my mum treasured most. The girls were also a lifeline to my dad to allow him to get out and not worry about my mum. I could not recommend this company more. The carers are all extremely experienced and supportive. They are passionate about delivering the best possible care not only to my mum but also my dad and our family.
