About me
As Branch Manager I am responsible for the smooth daily running of the Branch, ensuring we are compliant with the CQC. I have managed three branches with Helping Hands and now run the New Milton Branch. My responsibility is to manage my team, both office and care staff, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of care our customers deserve. This is possible by recruiting the right carers and working closely with other professionals - because life is better at home.
I have been working in the care industry for 28 years, following in the footsteps of my Nan and Mum. I have been a Registered Manager for the last 6 years, with my 1.5 years in homecare. I love job as we are enabling people to remain in their own homes and live independently for longer. I love to explore the country in our camper!
