The team at Hungerford Helping Hands are simply the best. The manager and the group are attentive, timely, and always very pleasant.

If anyone is looking for assistance or help, I couldn't recommend helping hands enough. If I could give six stars I would.

All the helpers are kind, very pleasant, and very helpful to all of my father's needs. If anyone is looking for assistance for their loved ones, reach out to helping hands. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I don't know what we would do without Helping Hands. My sister and I live an hour away from our Dad and they provide an incredible home care service for him. Allowing him to retain a great level of independence. We are forever grateful for their service.

Helping Hands staff were helpful for general housekeeping duties which my father could no longer manage. Great to know someone was dropping in on him and helping to keep him independent in his own home for longer.

We have been looking for some additional weekend care for my mother. Other organisations weren't prepared to share the role with existing care providers, yet Helping Hands are. From the initial meeting with the Branch Care Manager and her team, we have been treated fantastically. Helping Hands carers are always very punctual, courteous, helpful and caring. If shifts need to be changed or extra ones included, this has always been accommodated. We are generally very pleased with the service provided.

Management are also very responsive to requests and act quickly and keep client and clients family informed.

Excellent care, professionalism and caring. Mum likes her carers very much. They have been excellent at covering emergencies and very responsive to requests. I only wish we had found them sooner. Highly recommended.

My dad has a number of excellent carers who understand his needs and who he trusts. My mum has a good relationship with the carers, which is reassuring for me. I am able to email directly to the branch and the team are very accommodating.

Helping Hands have provided an invaluable service in helping with a home care package for my elderly disabled father in law. Management is friendly, helpful and is responsive and goes above and beyond in helping to sort out administrative issues (Well done). Attending care staff have formed a good relationship with my father in law (the client) and his wife and carry out their agreed tasks with genuine care and a good attitude. My father and mother in law are very satisfied.

Through no fault of their own carers were sometimes late due to insufficient time being allocated to get from one call to another. These carers work hard and this should be addressed. I would use Helping Hands Home Care again if the situation arose. Thank you.

We asked Helping Hands to help look after my mother after she had cataract surgery on both her eyes. This mainly involved helping to administer drops up to four times a day at her home address. All the carers were kind, polite and made a real effort to make a connection with Mum and this was much appreciated!
