The care staff were so kind, thoughtful and good at their job. They made sure I was safe at all times and were extremely professional.
Thank you for the positive feedback and we are pleased that our carers ensured your safety all the time.
I have been very happy with the carers, no problems, always helpful and caring thank all very much. Having carers meant so much because after being in hospital so poorly you all helped me to stay at home together, with Peter once he was able to come home. At much as our family and friendly visited after work and weekends. Altogether we both in hospital 12 weeks I wasn't very strong.
Your positive feedback is much appreciated and we are glad that our Team made a difference. Thank you.
I find everyone that comes are very helpful and cheerful and look forward to them coming.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We're pleased to know our carers have been helpful, and we sincerely thank you for trusting us.
Carers have been lovely, caring and excellent in their care delivery. They show signs of professionalism and I love to have conversations with them which helps promote my wellbeing. I love the team and are flexible with time especially on days I request for later calls. The management do follow up with other providers when I need assistance. This is very helpful.
Thank you for sending such lovely feedback. We are delighted that our team is making a positive impact.
All the carers were very friendly and provided the assistance and companionship my husband needed. He was not always co-operative when asked to do exercises etc. but the carers did their best to encourage him.
Thank you for your feedback and that our carers did their best in encouraging.
I have had amazing care from my two carers; they have been so down to earth and have really helped me settle in. They have handled all my care really well and have always ensured that everything has worked well.
Thank you very much for your positive feedback and we are pleased that our carers have helped you settle.
We have been grateful for the help and support we received as a family. My mum felt safe and well cared for. She was treated with dignity, repsect and warmth. Thank you.
The family is well pleased with the patient, gentle and professional care provided to our frail elderly Mother. She was polite, approachable, clean, tidy and easy to get on with. She got on well with my Mother. We wouldn't hesitate to use the live in carer again.
Thank you very much for positive feedback on our Team.
A huge thank you.
Thank you so much for the lovely feedback and glad to hear that our staff are making a difference.
Proactive and attentive. My mum and father in law felt very relaxed with her.
Cannot praise this carer enough.
Thank you very much for your support of our carers
Excellent care provided by Lizor care, Far exceeded expectation. My wife looked forwards to the carers' visits, rare moments of pleasure in the final week of her life. The professionalism and kindness they showed to her and the family was exceptional. Thank you all.
Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate and are glad that our staff were a pleasure supporting your lovely wife.
Overall very good. Carers really treated Dad with the utmost respect and their visits really cheered him up and they really made him laugh when they visited, even towards the end. They also really did their utmost to make sure he was comfortable.
A very sad loss. Thank you for your kind words. The team appreciate your support. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
The continuity of her carers is fantastic and she has had 2 carers since August and she loves them both, they are always caring and happy and very caring towards Mum I could'nt ask for anything more for her. Thank you to the 2 carers.
All of the carers are polite, thoughtful and considerate of Dad's needs. He looks forward to them coming and we, as a family, feel they have really taken time to get to know him well and they care for him beautifully.
The care my father has received over the past 6 months has been excellent. The caregivers always converse with him on arrival, give him confidence in their ability to look after him, listen and talk to him while they get him ready for the day, prepare his meals, get him settled in the evening and maintain a very high degree of hygiene. He looks forward to them coming in as they provide company and someone to talk to on their four visits a day.
I know Mum likes some carers more than others and that’s to be expected. This can lead to her saying some ignore her requests. I have pointed out that her voice is quiet and maybe they can’t hear her. This is just her view, which I have not observed.
When I call the office for help, the call is always dealt with pleasantly and efficiently.
Our regular morning carer for Mum is great, so empathetic to Mum's needs, always singing and laughing with Mum. She always treats Mum with dignity. This then sets Mum up for a good day and she is left feeling relaxed.
My daughter likes her carers, she has really good communication with the carer. She said she really misses having her and she would like to have her back. She likes the others too but had a really good relationship with the specific carer.
All carers have been good and friendly. Male and Female carers have been brilliant. Most of them have been on time and have recognised our routine of weekly leaving home to attend other functions mostly at 10 am.
I had concerns to start with as my parents are a private couple and have been this way all their lives.
I could not believe how well both Mum and Dad took to the carers, I commend their attitude and care abilities.
I cannot say that I was concerned in any of the fields they operated in, the girls became part of a warm family during their time with us.
All I can say is a heartfelt thank you from all our family for the happiness and professionalism that was given.
Both my parents have missed them dearly.
Thank you to all concerned.
Thank you very much for this feedback. Glad to hear that you had a good experience.
