This young lady is a joy and brings a calm to a very stressful situation not only helping with mum but reassuring all of us in the family. Lizor provided waking night care for three weeks to care for my mother during her last three weeks of life. The ladies were all adorable, and I felt completely at ease leaving my mum to their care whilst I went home to bed. I could sleep easy knowing Mum was in safe hands. Staff were gentle, kind, respectful
and supportive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

My mother has Alzheimer's and cannot be left alone, so when my stepfather was taken into hospital rapidly, we needed help. 24-hour care was in place within 24 hours. The young lady who came was amazing, kind, cheerful and completely unflappable. Mum has thrived in her care. Her care is not limited to
Mum. She has been wonderful with all of us. I have not had any amount of worry over Mum, knowing she was being looked after by this kind and capable young woman.

I have had care from Lizor Care since September 2021.
At first daily but gradually down to just once a week as I am now able to be more independent. I have found the carers very pleasant, polite and supportive. They are usually punctual. There has been an occasion when carers didn't turn up but that
was quickly remedied after a phone call.

We found ourselves suddenly in need of care for Dad and new to the care system. As a family, we thank Lizor Care as we were led down this unknown path and our questions answered, regardless of how daft they were. The Manager and Managing Director have been excellent and caring, even attending meetings
with social services and at the end of the telephone at all times. The caregivers themselves are excellent and treated Dad so well. Allowing him to remain in his home for as long as possible and be well looked after. Kept clean, entertained, fed, mobile, ensuring his safety at all times, day and night, even caring for his cat. A wonderful team and we thank them so very much.

My mother is very pleased with the live-in care currently being received from Lizor care. It has enabled her to remain at home since she was allowed to leave hospital a year ago and has given me the peace-of-mind knowing that she is being cared for well.

The quality of care provided by Lizor Care Concept was outstanding. My first impression was of an extremely professionally run company with the initial meeting consisting of a thorough assessment of my father's care needs with an interest taken in his past life and consideration given to his interests
and preferences. Throughout the period of care given the manager continued to visit regularly to ensure that we were happy with the care being provided. Considering the challenges of setting up a care arrangement just before Christmas with its associated bank holidays the care provided was seamless. Uppermost in my mind at all times was, of course, the quality of the hands on care given to my father and no words can truly express the gratitude l have for the compassion, tenderness and professionalism of all the carers.
