My mother will be 96 years old in March. Myself & my sister live in Devon, and having the excellent care team come in every other day to be there when mum is doing her personal hygiene is a big worry off our hands. These ladies do a fantastic service, Mum says she is very happy with the level of care she gets. For us, the carers are our eyes, and if there was a prolem Helping Hands would contact us straight away.
Good Morning Peter,

Absolutely top service for my Dad who suffers with Parkinson's. Only had to terminate as Dad is now in care home. Nothing was ever too much for helping hands. Thanks for your service at dad's home.
We are pleased to know that our team was able to provide the care and assistance your Dad needed at home with our visits and It is great to hear that nothing was ever too much trouble and that our service made a...
Over this period, the carers rotated smoothly in and out of service, and all provided the care to my mother that I would hope to give. Within the agreed time and often longer. The team took her out on day trips and short trips to a garden centre or coffee shop, which she enjoyed. Over the six years, they have actively helped me support Mother, providing clean insights as to her needs and helping with doctors' and dentists' appointments when I could not.
They enabled my mother to live where she wanted and were with her in her final hours, always updating me at critical times. I have no hesitation in recommending Helping Hands Lincoln.
We are so pleased to hear that during the 6 years we supported your Mother the carers have all provided the care you hoped for, conversing with her whilst supporting and managing all of her needs, as well as always...
We have been using helping hands for my grandmother for a couple of years now and we are very happy with the service they provide. We need two carers as my gran is bed bound and they are almost always on time. They are always friendly and courteous and they engage well with my grandmother. She likes all the carers that visit her.

All the people that attend to my mother-in-law are kind, caring & considerate without them my mother-in-law wouldn't be able to stay in her own house so thank you to each and everyone of you. The work you do is amazing. Thank you for caring so much.
What a positive difference the care from Helping Hands has made to my uncle's life! An initial pre-care visit plus regular care plan reviews ensure my uncle's needs are understood and met. 15 months ago, he reluctantly accepted one visit a day for personal care. How he is happily receiving 3 daily visits for personal care, 2 weekly cleaning visits and a 2 hour outing each week. Not only can my uncle remain living where he wants to but he seems much more confident. He like routine and carers are most reliable and punctual. It's a joy to see my uncle not only looking so smart but also talking and laughing more. Staff certainly go the extra mile!
Helping Hands Home Care (Lincoln) carers were fantastic with my husband's Nan, and she thoroughly enjoyed the company of all of the girls. Our family would like to thank all at Helping Hands for the care provided to Nan.
Best wishes.
On the administrative side, they’re very efficient. It’s really useful to have the times of visits each week and who’ll be visiting. Mum doesn’t always remember, but it means I can have a chat each day and remind her who’s visiting. Worth every penny.
Best wishes.
Haven't had any problems at all.
Best wishes.
The helpers have always been kind and cheerful, usually on time except when they could not find our new home. My husband seemed to welcome them all with no queries. All the carers observed the covid restrictions.
Best wishes.
The Helping Hands office team are very professional, organised and flexible and communication is excellent. Any issues we experience with Mum are responded to with guidance, patience and understanding. I have only met one of the carers, but I have confidence in the service and it is reliable, so I have confidence in the staff. There will always be things in the care sector that don't go according to plan, but I have given Helping Hands 5 stars because of the overall positive experience.
Best wishes.
Helping Hands provide a high quality service and go the extra mile when required. They have made it possible for me to continue living independently. I would happily recommend their services to friends and family. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.
Best wishes.
Patience with my mum, not felt rushed. Asked about our house rabbit who then obliged and came in to say hello. Asked if anything needed doing and offered to clean the downstairs toilet. Afterwards, I noticed how clean it was and felt I couldn't use it. It was better than what I had been doing.
Best wishes.
Have had to implement a care package for my dad and have found helping hands able to meet all our needs. Dad has had no complaints of any care and is not always the easiest to please, always reliable and to time, any problems or concerns have been easily and quickly resolved.
Best wishes.
