Majestic carers have been looking after Mum for a year now, 2 carers coming 4 times a day giving total care. Our family cannot speak highly enough of the company and its amazing carers. They are not only wonderful in the top class care they give Mum, they brighten her day with their warm, kind and considerate personalities. I love seeing their interactions with Mum, laughing and singing with her, always in a good mood whether it's 7.30am in the morning or 7.30pm in the evening. The management team are always available to talk to and do everything possible to work around whatever Mum needs. A year ago, we didn't expect Mum to still be with us and Majestic should take a lot of the credit for that fact she's doing so well. As a healthcare professional myself, I have seen all types of care of the years but Majestic is the best I've ever seen. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We have been with Majestic Healthcare for almost 2 years, my grandmother is a client of theirs. While i admire their level of care, friendly personalities and the high level of dignity my grandmother has with them, there have been a couple of concerns we've had with them:

First and foremost is punctuality problems, on a number of occasions, this is usually the final call (bedtime call). My grandmother likes to have her tea between the hours of 7.00pm - 7.30pm, on numerous occasions the carers have been late and haven't contacted any of us, whether that's myself, my mother (the client's daughter) or my grandfather (the client's husband). We have expressed our concerns many times to management and it's still happening.

Secondly, the change of carers. I understand and appreciate the company may have a lot of new clients but we like to stay with carers that we know better and are able to understand my grandmother's needs and tailor to them. We have to explain things every time.

The best choice of a caring team. Amazing carers excellent care. Nothing is ever too much trouble polite carers staff brilliant that goes across whole care team. Never have to stress.

A very supportive team, always happy to help providing an excellent care plan. Team very trusting and caring.

Majestic have been caring for my mum now since November 2023 and we have only had praise for them since that first day. As her need for care was quite sudden, they helped me find and choose all the equipment and aids she needed to be comfortable and have continued to offer support ever since. She has four visits a day and the carers are always on time or - on the rare occasions an event or the weather has held them up - they will text me or call and let me know. They are always professional, kind and caring and some of them have become good friends. The staff member at the office seems to be constantly available and reads and answers any queries via text immediately. I sing their praises to everyone and am very glad that we have Majestic looking after us.

We have no problems with our carers. They are very helpful and patient. We are very pleased with them.

I would like to give my very grateful thanks to the carers that looked after my wife. In this most difficult time in our lives we as a family were respected. As were my wife's wishes when they attended her. My wife worked as a senior sister in the NHS for 36 years and she said her care was the best, with special thanks to her two main carers.

So grateful for the exemplary care provided by this agency. The staff demonstrate concern, compassion and respect for clients and family alike. The care provided was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

For the last few months, Majestic Healthcare have provided the highest standard of care. My only regret is we didn’t find them sooner. After struggling with other care services these guys are the absolute best that there are. They provided 5 star care and passion to my grandad and also helped us through the most difficult time. I can not recommend these guys enough and thank them for everything, every single carer that cared for him were unbelievable that they felt like part of the family lifting us all daily! Thank you all so, so much.
