Dinairie cared for my wife, Sue, during the final 5-6 weeks of her battle with terminal cancer, and I cannot praise them highly enough. Every single person we encountered was absolutely amazing. They came into our lives at the hardest, most painful time imaginable and somehow managed to make it lighter, warmer, and even joyful at moments.
The carers quickly gained Sue's trust and put her completely at ease, treating her with dignity, kindness, and genuine warmth. There was often laughter and joking, which meant more than I can ever put into words. They didn't just provide care - they brought humanity, compassion, and comfort when we needed it most.
I will always be grateful to Dinairie for the care they gave my wife and the support they gave our family during such a difficult time. Truly exceptional people doing an extraordinary job.
From day 1 Dinarie provided an excellent service. The staff were always friendly, sympathetic and very helpful - as well as considerate of any requests made. Very flexible and understanding.
Dinarie were an amazing team with an outstanding attitude to care. They were better than 1st class and saw myself and my family through the most difficult times. I cannot thank each and every one of them enough for what they did. I would give them 25 out of 10 if that were possible. Thank you.
Your wonderful, caring, respectful staff looked after my mum during the final days of her life. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you for the professional and loving care they gave her during this sad time. Our mum was a very special lady and we are all trying to come to terms with her loss.
Please accept our thanks for you putting your trust in Dinarie. We are a very small and passionate team and caring for your mum was an absolute pleasure. We are always at the end of the telephone line should you need to discuss anything or need any support. Take care.
Such genuine kindness and respect shown by all the wonderful carers were outstanding, not only to our loved one but to his entire family, on every visit. He was treated with compassion and dignity at all times and when able, his wishes were sought and respected. We will be forever grateful to your wonderful team. Thank you, you made it possible for our loved one to spend his last days, peacefully at home, where he wanted to be.
A visit from your lovely ladies after our loved one's passing was greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review. Caring for people in their own homes and your loved ones is an honour and a pleasure. Allowing them to spend their last months, days and hours in their own surroundings, with those that they love is truly amazing and for them and you to allow us to be part of their final journey makes Dinarie what it is today. Thank you again, Mandy and team.
I am just overwhelmed by the professionalism and service level being provided by the manager and her team of angels looking after my mum in her own home in her last months. From a lifetime in business, it is plainly obvious to see this is a fabulous company and so well run. As a son, it is so reassuring to see that Mum is in the best possible hands. Thank you Dinarie!
I couldn't have asked for more kind, caring, friendly and professional carers to look after my dad in his last days. I cannot thank these ladies enough for all their help. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Stepping in to help care for your dad and support your family was a pleasure. You should all be very proud of the care that you all gave to him and proud of the fact that you granted his last wish of being at home with those that he loves.
My sister and I were lucky enough to bring our mum home from the hospital, to spend her last days in her own home as per her wishes. The ladies who came in to care for Mum on the three days she was at home were excellent. They treated Mum with dignity and kindness at all times and were always happy to talk to us about anything at all. We could not fault these ladies in any way at all for their wonderful care and for making our Mum's last few days as comfortable and dignified as possible. Thank you so much ladies, your care for Mum meant so much to us, you are a truly wonderful and caring team
Take care and thank you again,
Mandy
We would love to give a “shout out” to all the team personally, but would hate to leave out anyone!
So, just a heartfelt thank you.
The manager and her team at Dinarie have been looking after my mother since early January 2022 and have been absolutely extraordinary in their level of care, not just for my mother but for my sister and I also. They lift the atmosphere with their attitude to their work, accessible, caring and deeply sensitive and considerate around my mother, a very private lady. Nothing is too much trouble I can't recommend them highly enough, they've succeeded in protecting my mother's dignity with a great deal of kindness and compassion in fairly undignified circumstances. Thank you.
From the start to the end of my mother's passing the care my mother received from this company was second to none. They treated my mother and my family with respect and care and not only supported my mother, but they also supported my father, myself and my brothers as if they were their own family. They went beyond the extra mile and we can't thank them enough. My father is devastated, like us all, and this company was with us all the way. The manager and the team have been marvellous. In memory of my mother, I have arranged to walk from London to Brighton in May 2022 for Dementia UK and my aim is to get the medal and hang it on my mum's memory picture. I am sure on this walk I will be mentioning Dinarie that is how impressed I am with them all. On behalf of myself and my father, thank you all so much. In this world, people find the time to complain about companies but don t find the time to give positive feedback. Well done Dinarie.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Caring for your mum and supporting your dad was an honour. You should both be very proud of the care you have for her.
This wonderful group of ladies came to support my sisters and I in the care of our terminally ill mum. They were kind, sensitive and very respectful. They treated our mum with dignity, never rushing, taking the time to talk to her whilst washing, dressing and dealing with her personal care. They also supported us , taking the time to talk through each stage of our mum’s illness and care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
My father, aged 84, unfortunately suffered a stroke in May this year. After spending seven weeks in hospital, we were keen to get Dad home to spend the time he had left surrounded by his family. We needed support throughout the day to tend to Dad's every need. Each and every carer from Dinarie, treated Dad with the utmost respect, retaining his dignity at all times and were there to support my mum and me through the tough days as well as the better days. Nothing was too much for them. Dad gradually declined over the following eight weeks and the team were there with us all the way through this emotional and difficult time. We, as a family, will be eternally grateful to Dinarie for entering our lives when they did. Thank you.
They were really lovely women, they came to wash and dress my husband but they did so much more, they were so caring. They supported both of us emotionally and were so friendly they became good friends to us both. I can’t speak highly enough about them, they made one of the worst bits of our life bearable. The day my husband died l rang them to tell them they didn’t need to come, they did come round and gave me moral support.
These ladies are angels, it must be heartbreaking getting to know people and watching them died but they were so supportive and helpful to us both I can’t thank them enough.
All the best
