My mum sadly has Alzheimer's, I was so worried about her current living situation which is alone in a top floor flat, the thought petrified me and added additional stress and worry on me. Healing touch were assigned to care for my mum, they come in three times a day and are my mums lifeline. Through
their care and compassion, she is washed, dressed, fed, medication taken care of and most importantly- she has the added companionship everyday. The careers are wonderful, happy, bubbly and more than experienced to deal with the challenges of looking after my mum. Their patience knows no bounds, they find solutions to every challenge they face, such as my mums eating- by eating with her to encourage her. My mum isn't the most cooperative with even the basic tasks but they approach it with kindness and persistence and it doesn't go unnoticed. I am communicated with about everything, Romy and Fortuna are lovely, friendly and approachable. Thank you for the wonderful job you guys do.
