Carers always sociable, caring, and get on with my wife who suffers from Parkinson's Disease.

This enables me to spend a few hours doing my own activities, without the worry of whether my wife is safe and secure and is in good hands.

I have nothing but praise for them.

Healing Touch had been providing care for our Mother until her recent passing - and even then they were so helpful, advising us on the next steps. We always found the company to be massively supportive, informative and more caring than you can possibly imagine. No stone was left unturned with their professionalism and we learnt a lot from them about Mum's care. Each Carer bought their own individual skills to the fore when dealing with Mum - she could be quite challenging! Mum had a lot of fun with the Carers, was always well fed, clean, tidy, occupied, healthy and happy. I have recommended Healing Touch to several people now and the company continues to support them too.

My mum sadly has Alzheimer's, I was so worried about her current living situation which is alone in a top floor flat, the thought petrified me and added additional stress and worry on me. Healing touch were assigned to care for my mum, they come in three times a day and are my mums lifeline. Through their care and compassion, she is washed, dressed, fed, medication taken care of and most importantly- she has the added companionship everyday. The careers are wonderful, happy, bubbly and more than experienced to deal with the challenges of looking after my mum. Their patience knows no bounds, they find solutions to every challenge they face, such as my mums eating- by eating with her to encourage her. My mum isn't the most cooperative with even the basic tasks but they approach it with kindness and persistence and it doesn't go unnoticed. I am communicated with about everything, Romy and Fortuna are lovely, friendly and approachable. Thank you for the wonderful job you guys do.
