I have been very pleased with the help and attitude of my carer. She has been very friendly and done all that was required and very willing. I am used to living on my own and was concerned about having someone living with me, but its all worked well.

Their service has been excellent starting from the initial meeting with the manager, to the present.
All their carers have been professional, kind and courteous at all times. They're always willing to help out with other chores. They've taught us some cooking recipes too.
Occasionally, we've had to change our days and each time, Sevenstarcare have accommodated our requests.

My experience has been very positive, everyone has been very helpful and pleasant.
This is the 4th service provider my Aunt has experienced in the last years and are easily the best providing compassionate care, and prompt reliable service with a core base of carers which is important for my aunt as she does not cope with change being in her 90s.
