From my initial request for information in trying to arrange for personal care for my 90 year old father this company have been outstanding. Assessments and package was arranged very promptly and I have found them to be extremely professional. My dad looks forward to the wonderful carers coming in every morning to assist him with his personal care. I live with dad and they keep me updated with any issues or concerns they have. I am so grateful and whole heartedly recommend them.

I have come across many agencies in the past directly or indirectly and this is by far the best..The manager E is an excellent communicator, who has empathy and great understanding of dementia ...

The Manager Evelyn is very responsive and gets back to me quickly if I need to ask questions or clarify anything. They also provide a take a break support service that enables my Mum to get out for a mental health break each week. I would highly recommend them.

I have been very pleased with the help and attitude of my carer. She has been very friendly and done all that was required and very willing. I am used to living on my own and was concerned about having someone living with me, but its all worked well.

My mum is well looked after

My friend has said to me now she can go back to being her mothers daughter rather than her carer and they can now enjoy each others company, if it wasn't for Evelyn who has been just incredible putting a plan together to make everyone's life so much easier she doesn't know what would have happened.

All the carers sent to look after my husband have been kind, caring and supportive. The company have gone out of their way to help us both manage my husband's illness. I have been very happy with the service provided by Seven Star

This is the 4th service provider my Aunt has experienced in the last years and are easily the best providing compassionate care, and prompt reliable service with a core base of carers which is important for my aunt as she does not cope with change being in her 90s.

Very reliable and friendly service committed to the needs of my mum. They are in regular contact with me if there are any problems, which provides welcome peace of mind and are also very supportive and proactive in everything they do.

Overall my husband and I are very happy with the care provided. Very attentive to her needs, excellent nursing care and provides very much needed companionship. Their help and support is very much appreciated by us. We don't know what we would do without them.
