Extremely disappointing experience. Management consistently avoids accountability and fails to address serious safeguarding concerns. It feels like their focus is on ticking boxes rather than providing genuine, compassionate care. I would strongly not recommend this agency to anyone who truly values the wellbeing of their loved ones.

Great care and professionalism from the whole team. As a family well felt our family member's health, care and mental health was looked after all of the time. The office team were always supportive of us and look to help us all.

Timekeeping is very important. Care is personal and the support is always here. The carers are true to the meaning of the word care. I am happy with mine.

The team at Heritage Care have been fabulous over the last couple of years taking care of my Grandmother in her own home. I had the pleasure to meet most of the ladies caring for my grandmother and they were always so kind and respectful. I found living far away from my grandmother difficult however once the ladies at Heritage Care took over I was very reassured that she was in very capable hands. She always spoke so fondly of all the ladies caring for her and I would personally like to thank them all for their dedicated care and support.

The carer was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the area of work. She was assiduous in her approach coupled with compassion, humanity and dignity. In addition, she went the extra mile to recommend practical support and actions for the service user. Well done!

Mum has been having four daily visits since December, following discharge after a minor stroke. She has received very good care and support and had good relationships with her carers. Her feedback on wanting female carers for intimate tasks and a later start to the bedtime visit have been listened to. Mum has also had therapeutic support with her walking and performing simple houseshold tasks starting to be included.
