The owner is in regular contact with myself asking if there is anything more that can be done and has on occasion helped me out with additional 'one of visits'.
Regular month bills are clear and concise.
Very glad/happy we chose this 'smaller' care company rather than a large organisation. Most importantly my mum is happy with the service.
For reference the carers attend x3 a week assisting my mum with house cleaning, shopping, support for going out etc.
Carers are professional and provide good personal care . I don't underestimate how difficult this must be for, in this case, caring for a very elderly man with dementia. On the very rare occasions where things haven't been satisfactory Mariana has immediately stepped in to rectify and monitor the situation
