The company was developed from many years of experience in the sector and continues to grow.

Every member of the caring and compassionate team is DBS checked and trained to a high standard before beginning their duties. Service users will always be introduced to their new carer, who will be smartly dressed and carrying ID at all times for security and reassurance.

Support can include help with daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, help around the home and support to get out and about. All staff who come to look after my father are very attentive and caring. They are excellent and their attention to detail is second to none.
The help they have offered has really made a difference not only to my father but other family members, giving them the piece of mind he is looked after properly
when we cannot be there.

Very professional, kind and reliable service. My mother used Marvel post-op until she was sufficiently recovered to be independent again. The carers always came as agreed and provided an invaluable service. On one occasion, they were able to contact the District Nurses directly, avoiding my mother needing
a GP Assessment for dressings.
We are very grateful for the care provided and will certainly call on them again should my mother require support or care in the future.

We found the carers on the whole very good.
They were very professional, caring and made the stay-at-home care package work as well as it possibly could. Even though it was only for four months, our family member enjoyed their company when they had their calls to him and appreciated their care which
enabled him to stay as independent as possible.

The care my relative received was in my opinion the absolute best.
Nothing was ever too much for any of these lovely carers, they go above and beyond their duties for both their clients and their families.
After my relative passed away I felt like they supported our family when in reality their duty
had ended.
I would 100% recommend this care company to any family looking for carers for a loved one.

What a superb company. I was unable to do much for myself after a nasty fall on uneven pavement where I broke my nose, damaged my face and broke my kneecap. I was visited every day and cared for. Gradually I was able to do more for myself until now I am able to look after myself. The team are professional
and caring. I can highly recommend them.

Our mum strongly wanted to remain at home throughout her last years rather than going into a care home. As she approached 90 and needed 24/7 care, we and the NHS brought in Marvel who did a great job of tending to her round the clock. Very caring and professional, lovely people!

It's coming up to 2 years that Marvel have been caring for my husband. They provide excellent care and treat him with respect and dignity with nothing being too much trouble. What can I say? Amazing team of very professional and caring people. They went the extra mile for Mum every day. Nothing was ever too much to ask (providing it was in their remit). Mum looked forward to them coming to assist her and they got much more out of her than we ever could. Highly recommend

Very pleased with Mum's overall care. Love the way carers greet Mum on arriving with a calm and cheery welcome, treating her with dignity and respect.
We have a day book in the kitchen in which carers and relatives can leave comments etc on any changes, giving us open communication which is so important.
Carers also assess Mum at each visit as to whether she will tolerate washes etc - respect her off days.
