We are very grateful for the care provided and will certainly call on them again should my mother require support or care in the future.

They were very professional, caring and made the stay-at-home care package work as well as it possibly could. Even though it was only for four months, our family member enjoyed their company when they had their calls to him and appreciated their care which enabled him to stay as independent as possible.

Staff provide a more personal level of care particularly more so than larger providers. Engaging more and being flexible. Any problems encountered are ironed out without any hassle. Highly recommend the company.

What a superb company. I was unable to do much for myself after a nasty fall on uneven pavement where I broke my nose, damaged my face and broke my kneecap. I was visited every day and cared for. Gradually I was able to do more for myself until now I am able to look after myself. The team are professional and caring. I can highly recommend them.

A really good professional service provided. I'm kept informed of what my mum is upto and if I need do anything. It is a great idea that she meets different carers all which ensure her needs are catered for.

Our mum strongly wanted to remain at home throughout her last years rather than going into a care home. As she approached 90 and needed 24/7 care, we and the NHS brought in Marvel who did a great job of tending to her round the clock. Very caring and professional, lovely people!

It's coming up to 2 years that Marvel have been caring for my husband. They provide excellent care and treat him with respect and dignity with nothing being too much trouble. They have gone the extra mile to keep him mobile. All the staff are bright and cheerful, thank you very much for all your help.

The team attend to my husband with great patience and personal care. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They drive me up the town, even though it is often out of their way. I could not ask for a more caring team.

What can I say? Amazing team of very professional and caring people. They went the extra mile for Mum every day. Nothing was ever too much to ask (providing it was in their remit). Mum looked forward to them coming to assist her and they got much more out of her than we ever could. Highly recommend them. Excellent service.

We have a day book in the kitchen in which carers and relatives can leave comments etc on any changes, giving us open communication which is so important. Carers also assess Mum at each visit as to whether she will tolerate washes etc - respect her off days.
