I am pleased with the care I receive but I wish the rota wasn't changed as often as it is.

All the girls who looked after Mum were so caring, lovely and thoughtful, not only to Mum but to my dad and the wider family too. They were always pleased to see Mum and treated her as a friend and with dignity and respect. The help and support they gave to all of us helped us to fulfil Mum's wish to be at home until the end. We would certainly recommend Dohatech Healthservice to anyone.

I did not request this help and was resistant! But, the help in getting my flat clean has been more uplifting than I would have realised. The visits are now welcome and often have a positive impact on my social isolation. My carers have been attentive and patient, autism is tricky! And adapted to my needs in different ways, which is interesting. Afrobeats will instil humming and singing.

The carers undertake their duties in a good, consistent manner. They treat my father with respect and dignity. The service is well-managed and cost-efficient. They are always upbeat considering the circumstances.

Fully trustworthy and well-mannered.

Over the past two and a half years, all the staff have been very caring and happy to deal with any changes (e.g. challenging visit times). All the staff appear happy and confident in their work.

The girls (carers) are lovely, we talk about hobbies and what we've all been doing. Always takes my mind off what we have to do. They are always willing to help if I have a problem, like with my clothes or if I can't find something, which doesn't happen very often.
