My husband received excellent care in his last few days. Esme and her team looked after my husband with the utmost respect. They were always on time and greeted him cheerily. He felt very comfortable with them. Esme came to his funeral which was much appreciated. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

The carers were all cheerful, well trained and completed the required tasks. Carers individually ranged between just satisfactory and excellent. In some cases they spent more time writing notes than caring.

Overall, my experience has been a great one. My needs are met and nothing is too much trouble. In particular, I want to bring to your attention the outstanding care given by one carer, who has always brought her A game and makes me feel so comfortable. Also, another carer has made an amazing addition to the team that cares for me.
Having worked in care all of my work career, I understand the pressures for both staff and management but would like to say, as preference for my confidence and ongoing progress, I would like to have these two carers a little more often.
