The timekeeping was a little erratic.

I feel lack of continuancy with carers changing most days is not helping, I thought with a dementia patient they need to get used to a carer. And as I leave them alone together he is becoming more confused and doesn't know what is happening.

Having worked in care all of my work career, I understand the pressures for both staff and management but would like to say, as preference for my confidence and ongoing progress, I would like to have these two carers a little more often.

We are pleased with the care Mum receives. I think she would prefer for the carers to arrive a little earlier in the mornings but we fully understand we are out in the country. We also understand they usually ask if there is anything else they can do but she is hesitant to ask or doesn't remember what she needs doing! Overall, we are very pleased with the service.

Best Support Care has been looking after my wife for the past year and they have been excellent. The staff have all been attentive and caring and the owners take extra care in ensuring everything runs smoothly. They have even been supportive of me when I have been overwhelmed. I am very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.
