Avoid at all costs!
Lazy, incompetent Carers. No management oversight.
My parents entered the care of Proficient in stable health.
Six weeks later my Dad was under the care of the REACT team and my Mum was referred to end of life hospice directly due to the neglect of the agency.
Despite numerous reminders to make sure Mum was fed and given fluids, Carers neglected to feed her. I intervened to rehydrate her. Sent another reminder and returned after a week's holiday to find her body shutting down due to dehydration.
Carers argued she wasn't dehydrated. Lied about how much they had fed her. I caught two lying who had logged 200ml, when they only gave 80ml.
Mum was never washed properly and had sores and fungal infection caused by neglect.
Dad was shaved once in that time.
My 85 year old Dad who is frail and walks with a zimmer frame was pushed to walk faster with trousers around his knees while a Carer changed his pad.

No care and the name is an ironic joke.
