. Colin trusted them and they were efficient They were cheerful and he responded well and although they were different teams they worked together well. Raghu would make sure that we had all our needs met both on a medicinal basis and care and consideration of our needs. On the basis of our experience of the Carers teams we had, I would recommend them when looking for Safe compassionate care for a loved one.
Margaret, thank you for your words of appreciation for the care and support we provide. You remain in our thoughts and we wish you strength and a fulfilling life

I am very happy the team is giving me care and support. Carers are kind and polite.
Thank you so much Kirsty, for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the care and support you're receiving. Our team works hard to provide care that truly matters, and it's wonderful to know our carers' kindness and respect are making a positive difference.
I can not rate this company enough if you are ever looking for care for a loved one then look no further after my late father's last experience which lasted 6 years and I was pulling my hair out with this company came in and o my God how thay changed the level of care and looked after him and gave him the best year of his life compared with wat he had thay made him laugh thay cleaned him properly fed him properly and took there so seriously my Hart go's out to them all with big love for them all thay even turned up to his funeral you would be hard pushed to find someone like this and trust again so much thanks and love for wat you did X
Thank you so much, Nic, for your heartfelt and touching review - your words mean the world to us, and were truly honoured to have been part of your fathers care and final journey.
As a family we are very happy with the care my mother received. She was treated with compassion and dignity, and the carers built a bond with her by knowing her routine and her likes/dislikes. We had clear and open communication ensuring that we could keep my mother safe and also ensure that the carers were able to carry out their role as easily as possible. When my mother's care needs could no longer be met at home, they assisted and provided support and we were sad to say goodbye especially to two staff members in particular who spent a lot of time caring for mum.
Thank you R, Your words mean a great deal to us, and we're especially grateful for the trust you placed in us during such an important time in your mother's life. Wishing you and your family all the very best.
The carers helped with my mother at home for a period of about 2 years. During that time I cannot thank the team and managers enough for the help and quality of care, both proactive and reactive. They were always very helpful and empathic, sometimes going above and beyond what was needed. I really do rate and recommend them. Not only did the carers provide the regular service of scheduled visits for meals and showering etc they proactively contacted medical assistance if they thought needed and liaised with me to make sure I was aware. It really all was a help. In addition, the managers were proactive with me in reviewing my mother's care needs. All good and thanks again.
Nick, thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful review. We're dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care, and it's incredibly encouraging to know that our team's efforts - both in regular visits and in going the extra mile - were appreciated.
Consistently great care from all staff attending to my awkward needs without any bother. They are very flexible And feed me when required. End up prepared to stay longer when necessary as unpredicted issues occur
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. It's our priority to provide care that is flexible, respectful, and tailored to individual needs-even when things are unpredictable. We're glad to know that the team has been able to assist you in a way that feels comfortable and reliable. We truly appreciate your feedback, and it's a pleasure to support you.
From our first meeting with Quality & Compassion Ltd, we knew we were in good hands. All of the carers who came to assist my husband were lovely. Whilst professional, they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They engaged brilliantly with my husband and chatted with him to make him feel comfortable. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank your time and kind words. Our carers are trained to focus on the individual goals of the service users and no two people are the same! Supporting the client to regain confidence and physical strength after his hospital discharge, was a great pleasure. We appreciate your review.
Quality & Compassion Ltd has shown from the start great compassion, professionalism and good understanding and knowledge of how to care for someone with a severe physical disability and complex changing health needs. The entire QC Ltd team has great values and goes out of its way to accommodate the wishes and wants of the service user and their family where possible. Good communication is another strong plus. But one thing that stands out the most is the great continuity of a solid, specialist care team with great personal and caring skills. Despite the daily challenges, QC Ltd make a great positive difference that we greatly appreciate!
Thank you, Julie. We aim to make a real difference to families who are the main carers for their loved ones at home. We greatly appreciate your feedback.
Very helpful and friendly. Always on time and explain everything that's going on. Let me know what and when they are doing things. Make Mum feel very comfortable and supportive of her needs. Wash up, tidy up and keep the place looking nice.
Thank you for the positive review. Our caring teams always aim to provide care that is unique to each individual's needs. It is a pleasure to know that your family is satisfied with the support we provide.
We have found all of your carers very helpful thorough and extremely professional
Needless to say, we are extremely grateful.
We appreciate your positive review, Louise. Our caring teams are committed to supporting your husband, and the family as a whole. Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your family's journey.
The carers are kind, patient and very supportive. I have been able to feel safe and my mental health difficulties are very carefully managed with advice and support always available from the company's managers who are knowledgeable and make themselves available when needed. After over a year of wonderful, stable care, I feel like all my needs are better understood and that I am supported to have a voice regarding my care needs and any plans in place to support me to move forward and adjust to my increased disability and my poor mental health. Thank you to such a wonderful care company, and everyone who works with me, I do feel like I am making progress.
Always a pleasure to partner with you in this journey J. We believe meeting both physical and mental health needs is of uttermost impotence. Thank you for the review.
Having a live-in carer recently for Dad who suffers with Parkinson's dementia. Am so impressed with the professionalism in every area of the service and the dedication of the carers is humbling. Could not be happier.
Your positive review is greatly appreciated Marcus. Our live-in carers are trained to provide comprehensive support around the clock. Always a pleasure supporting your dad.
Quality and Compassion stepped in when I had been having great difficulty finding suitable carers for my little boy. Right from the beginning they were very attentive to our needs and it's the first time we felt heard in the time we had been using various other care providers. The carers are very polite, well trained and always leave our home in a very well cared for state. This has been a huge weight off my shoulders as a single mum and sole carer for my son. I wouldn't be without the support they have provided over the last 18 months or so.
The carers have become like part of our extended family.
Quality and compassion regularly check in to make sure we are doing OK.
They are also great at helping us if we require additional support.
It has been the culture of Quality & Compassion Ltd to provide quality, safe and compassionate care to clients, this has been accomplished by intensive training which is continuously provided to enhance the carer's skills, coupled with spot checks and supervision, the company also do advocate for teamwork which is geared towards providing the best care to service users which have been achieved so far through all-round support from the management team.
They all do the following!
Prepare breakfast - make cup of tea.
Wash dishes.
Make or change bed.
Take rubbish out and replace new bags in bins.
We have established a good routine with our lovely carers who are professional, caring and friendly for which we are very grateful.
The carers who attend me, show the utmost kindness and care, combined with respect to preserve my dignity. They are unfailingly willing and sympathetic.
The care received by my husband is always dignified, friendly and upbeat! They arrive on time and are never in a rush to get away. I regard them as friends, who are always willing to go that extra mile with noncaring tasks I find difficult to do by myself. We couldn't receive a better service.
