Always been very happy with the care of my neighbour, treated with respected. We feel like one big family unit.

As the name says they are dependable they look after my mum with care and a helping hands, they are always willing to talk to her and listen to her problems, and help over the last few months has been brilliant as I have had bad health problems myself and they have stepped in to feed and make drinks as well as make her comfortable, when I have not been around.

Fantastic service I was able to go away knowing my mother was well cared for. Great communication from start to finish very professional the staff I met were wonderful and the emails were answered in good time. Would highly recommend it.

It has been a difficult time for the family over the last 18 months caring for my mother. Dependable has supported us all the way. All the staff, without exception, have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble. Always someone there at the end of the phone weekends as well. They became part of our family and sadly since mum's passing, we will miss them as well as mum. We had another agency before but Dependable went above and beyond. Always on time and they never let us down. I would not hesitate to recommend Dependable.

Dependable is the best-run company I can remember in all my decades of needing care. The carers are all kind, caring and well-trained and I feel comfortable with them. I would happily recommend this company to anyone needing care.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Dependable Home Care, the team are extremely hard-working and are a credit to the company, personally I was slightly apprehensive having people in and out of my property, however the team have been impeccable from start to finish and have maintained incredible standards with a consist high level of professionalism, my father is well cared for and holds high regard for all the team, their approach and interactions have a positive impact on his physical and mental wellbeing.

Can't praise the carers enough, kind and compassionate, especially dealing with my mum who can be a little hard work (dementia)! Taking the extra time she needs. Their expertise is second to none, thank you.

We are so pleased to have found a carer who is kind and supportive to Mum. Mum is struggling with her dementia and has made it difficult for anyone to help her. However, she has formed a bond with her carer, which has helped settle Mum.

It was the compassion, above all, of the registered manager and two other specific staff members which I would highlight. The girls cared for my mum in her final days, affording her absolute dignity, chatting with her reassuringly, and genuinely enjoying a job which we are not all suited to. The girls used intelligence, compassion, humour and personality to go above and beyond with even the most intimate of caring tasks. I could not commend them highly enough. Thank you all for the superb care delivery.

My late father was very reluctant to accept any kind of help in the beginning, but once he had met the girls from Dependable Homecare, he was converted. The difference they made to his daily living and mental health was incredible. Having them there for him put my mind at rest too because it was getting too much for me to handle on my own. I’m so grateful to them for all that they did for Dad, right up until the day he left us. One of the girls from Dependable Homecare was there the day he went and she was outstanding. She stayed with him until I arrived and even supported me afterwards. I truly can’t thank them enough.

They call in twice a day which he has grown to enjoy. They are so flexible and so reliable, I truly believe if it wasn’t for their care and kindness my neighbour wouldn’t be coping as well as he is today. So thanks to you all.

Dependable Care were so helpful and kind to my mum. They were completely flexible with her needs and I highly recommend their services. She has had to go into full-time care otherwise we would still be using Dependable Care.

As a family, we are delighted to have the services of Dependable Homecare Ashford for my sister who is disabled and in a wheelchair. She is very happy with the care she is receiving. The carers are lovely people who do their very best to look after her personal needs and make her comfortable and she is treated with respect and friendliness.
