They were very kind, caring and very supportive. They were not intrusive and I felt very relaxed with them to my personal needs, especially with bathing, showering etc. They also gave me a lot of confidence to move onwards and upwards especially after my horrific fall. They were always smiling and offered anything else to be done. I would certainly recommend them and should I need them again I know I would be very happy to do so.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly honoured to have supported you during such a vulnerable time, and it means a great deal to know you felt relaxed, respected, and uplifted in our care. Our team always strives to provide compassionate, person-centred support. Your feedback is truly...
The manager and her team stepped in assist with my father's cousin when the neighbours raised concerns that she was struggling to look after herself. Living so far away it was reassuring that I could reach out to her and she was able to give constructive advice. Her team kept me informed when they felt that our cousin needed more help than they could give.
They gave her back her dignity and she loved them.
We believe the carers went above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for home care.
Thank you.
Thank you very much for your kind comments. It was a pleasure supporting you and your family.
Initial assessment date delayed due to staffing issues. Took a whole week to collate paperwork before the commencement of care. Withdrew care package after two days care without any contact with family regarding any issues. Care plan not fully adhered to, dirty gloves found in my father's bedroom left by the carer. No confidence in this small care company who are incapable of dealing with challenging behaviour issues that come with dementia clients.
I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the support provided. The start date was agreed at the initial assessment for the start date of support for paperwork to be completed and staffing to be arranged. Our Registered Manager did discuss concerns with the family and why the package of care could...
It was reassuring that my mother was receiving such kind and caring attention when she was in a fragile condition and also supporting the family. Advising us whenever we had queries on healthcare, etc.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am very pleased to hear you are happy with the care provided.
