Debra Nkomo is the Director and Registered Manager of Reable Health and holds a BA (Hons) in Social Work. With a professional background in children's services, young people, and family support, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve the best possible outcomes in their lives.
Her journey into adult social care was inspired by personal experience after witnessing the positive impact of quality domiciliary care when her own mother required support. This experience ignited a passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care that enables people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
Debra is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and believes that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. Her passion for care, combined with her professional expertise and lived experience, continues to drive the vision and values of Reable Health.
Stella is a committed and motivated professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Diploma in Marketing Management, and NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care. She has a strong drive to meet goals while always putting client satisfaction first.
