obviously some are much more efficient than others. I appreciate that it is sometimes necessary to change rotas and this is not a problem.

So far my experience has been very positive I am looking to increase the care package in the near future.

I have been with Ali gibson support for a few years now. The lady who comes to support me is a very hard worker. I'm treated with respect and kindness. I hope this will continue as I struggle with new people

The Ali Gibson support team are very friendly and always on time, they are never late. I get an email a week in advance without fail with the time & the person doing the call, I then advise the client of the time. He is well looked after even though at the moment he just wants them to take & accompany him for shopping trips as he does not have the confidence to go it alone, they are very helpful and give him a helping hand during the shopping trip but he has the added safety net of potentially more calls should he go onto needing more support due to his advancing years which of course will be with Ali Gibson.

What has Ali Gibson Support been to me?... Peace of mind. It can be so hard to fit in caring for your loved one around your already hectic life. It has been so reassuring to have a professional team looking after my mum. To know she is in safe hands, where the wonderful team of workers contact me with any issues or concerns- which means i can relax a little knowing she is so well looked after. They tailor her support for her, and i know she feels so reassured in herself - having a friendly face pop in gives her such comfort. Care Managers, are in constant communication with me too - ensuing I am happy with everything and giving me opportunity to raise any issues - not that I have had any. I really can't thank them enough. The Manager 'Z' has been just wonderful, ensuing all tasks are listed, making sure Mum's care package includes everything we need. Personally checking in. I don't know what we would do without them.

Carers always cheerful and have a chat with my mum , she loves to see them . All requests by the family are implemented and notes for carers updated . Care given is very good at all times . Take time to make meals and sit while mum eats .

My friend has recently started receiving daily care from Ali Gibson Support and she has built amazing relationships with all of the team in such a short space of time. I cannot fault the management team for their support throughout the process of getting her onto their service. The care team are so friendly and treat my friend with the upmost respect and dignity within her home. We are ever so pleased with this service and couldn’t wish for a better team to assist with her daily needs. Thank you Ali Gibson Support!

This weekend is the anniversary of my father's death and as I reflect on his 90 glorious years I also think of Ali Gibson Support Services and the care they showed him. The team worked with him for over ten years and helped him to manage his Parkinson's and latterly his dementia. The team were caring and reliable and were always prepared to go that extra mile. They listened to his stories, took him for a drive but above all the personal and intimate care they provided was gentle and thorough. They treated him as the gentleman he was even when he became very demanding. We are still using Ali Gibson Support Services to provide a little extra support for my mum. The team has enriched both their lives and we wouldn't be without them. I could not recommend them enough, if you want outstanding care and professionalism look no further.
