All carers are very friendly and professional in their work. Mum has dementia and can be quite difficult at times especially in the afternoon and evening. They are always very patient with her using different strategies to get her washed and changed.

Any changes / additional requests were quickly responded to and actioned, which quickly fostered a sense of trust. I thoroughly recommend Girassol.

I am happy with the staff and level of care provided for my Mother who has dementia and major mobility issues. Staff are always polite and quality of care given is very good. Any problems that may crop up from time to time are dealt with quickly and any additions or changes to requirements are always accommodated.
