I have very complex needs as I have progressive MS. Cannot walk bed bound etc. The carers manage very well caring for me and doing my shopping. I can't write now I have a printer which a bank had made for me.

All carers are very friendly and professional in their work. Mum has dementia and can be quite difficult at times especially in the afternoon and evening. They are always very patient with her using different strategies to get her washed and changed.

We have been extremely pleased with the care given to my mother who was initially matched with a gorgeous, gentle carer called Rose, who my mum quickly developed an attachment to. She has had fantastic continuity of care from this wonderful woman and we will greatly miss her. Her communication skills are excellent - through smiles, gentle encouragement and genuine compassion.
Any changes / additional requests were quickly responded to and actioned, which quickly fostered a sense of trust. I thoroughly recommend Girassol.
