I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the director of Total Care for the invaluable support she provided during a challenging time for my family. Her guidance on navigating the complexities of care options for my dad has been nothing short of exceptional. She took the time to explain the different types of care available, offered insights on what costs to expect, and suggested several home care companies, even though they do not cover my dad's area. The director's dedication and expertise made a significant difference in our planning and decision-making process. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of guidance in organising care.

My father has been looked after by Total Care since January 2024 until this last week when he needed to go into care. I have deliberately said 'looked after' because that is truly how I feel about the care he has received! I have come to regard the people coming into my father's home as family members with their caring attitude. Everyone involved treated him as a human being and with dignity getting to know him well. I am going to miss them.
The manager and the rest of her team in the office have also been a lifeline to me. It is not often that you can pick the phone up and it is answered on the 2nd ring with no annoying menu to go through! No matter the reason for contacting them my request or query was always answered in a patient' helpful way and even more importantly with a good sense of humour that reduced my stress levels and which helped me through a distressing time. Each time they have gone over and beyond.

Thank you so much from both me and my father.

I can’t thank the team at Total Care enough, Mum's regular carer consistently goes above and beyond, she’s got to know Mum well and will always text me with any issues. I feel very confident that she’s looked after and is happy in the care of the total care team.

Overall Experience
This company have gone above and beyond to accommodate continuity for Dad. After a stay in hospital, Dad had his discharge delayed four times in five days.
Total Care went out of their way to ensure care was reinstated. Their plans to recommence the package were amended significantly at very short notice.
'Needs of clients come first' appear to be a priority for this team.

Staff always polite, helpful and sympathetic towards my mothers needs, being an independent person mum was a little frightened by strangers coming into her home however she needn’t have worried the were very supportive.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Professional in their manner - will offer to contact District Nurse on Mum's behalf if necessary. Issues reported on the app can be followed up by us. Patient. Will let my mum do what she can herself.

Amazing staff, caring and nothing is too much trouble. My mum has already made good relationships with the staff. Always on time and the caring of the staff members is outstanding. The rota is emailed out weekly so we know in advance what carers will be coming and at what times. Nothing is too much trouble.

Overall Experience

Mum was always a little scared to let strangers into the house but she needn't have worried. From start to finish, Mum was instantly put at ease. The staff were always polite and ready to help and nothing was too much trouble.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! I really don’t know what we would have done without them these past few days. They are more than caring for my dad, they are treating him like a king. The carers have a heart of gold and go over and above their duty to ensure my dad is well looked after, safe and secure. Thank you so much.

Overall Experience

This care company hasn’t been going long in the care industry but I can highly recommend them. Absolutely fantastic care and they go above and beyond for my mum. The owners of this company go above and beyond too for their staff. I am so pleased I came over to this new company as I am now relaxed and they are only a phone call away.
