The manager and the rest of her team in the office have also been a lifeline to me. It is not often that you can pick the phone up and it is answered on the 2nd ring with no annoying menu to go through! No matter the reason for contacting them my request or query was always answered in a patient' helpful way and even more importantly with a good sense of humour that reduced my stress levels and which helped me through a distressing time. Amazing staff, caring and nothing is too much trouble. My mum has already made good relationships with the staff. Always on time and the caring of the staff members is outstanding. The rota is emailed out weekly so we know in advance what carers will be coming and at what times. Nothing is too much trouble.

Mum was always a little scared to let strangers into the house but she needn't have worried. From start to finish, Mum was instantly put at ease. The staff were always polite and ready to help and nothing was too much trouble.

This care company hasn’t been going long in the care industry but I can highly recommend them. Absolutely fantastic care and they go above and beyond for my mum.
