My father has been looked after by Total Care since January 2024 until this last week when he needed to go into care. I have deliberately said 'looked after' because that is truly how I feel about the care he has received! I have come to regard the people coming into my father's home as family members with their caring attitude. Everyone involved treated him as a human being and with dignity getting to know him well. I am going to miss them. The manager and the rest of her team in the office have also been a lifeline to me. It is not often that you can pick the phone up and it is answered on the 2nd ring with no annoying menu to go through! No matter the reason for contacting them my request or query was always answered in a patient' helpful way and even more importantly with a good sense of humour that reduced my stress levels and which helped me through a distressing time. Each time they have gone over and beyond.

'Needs of clients come first' appear to be a priority for this team.
