I am more than happy to write this review, Dad received care in the last few weeks of his life and all carers without exception were excellent. They treated Dad with respect and compassion and always arrived with a smile. Dad enjoyed his conversations with the carers, hearing about them and being able share his story. I had worried how Dad might feel about this change in his life, having always been the one to look after everyone else, but the carers put him at ease and he looked forward to their visits, whilst he could. I can't thank them enough for what they did for Dad in the last, difficult weeks. Thank you all.
The care has been great especially the live in carer she looked after my mom day and night for12 months with great compassion. And also giving me space when needed. Special thanks to Simone and the team
I cannot fault the care I received. All the carers who attended to me were very caring, kind, compassionate and friendly.
If I ever needed to seek help from the management I spoke to Tino over the phone and he was always very kind and helpful with any information that I needed.
Overall, I was very impressed and pleased with the care I received from Bluezone Care Ltd and would recommend them any day.

Received consistent good care from the carers who engaged well with service user. A special mention goes to Abu who was both thorough and compassionate and engaging throughout his visits. I would happily recommend this care agency.
Bluezone were so supportive of my father and his needs in his final months. The staff are caring and attentive, and I was always to speak to a member of the team with no delays. My father was particularly fond of one of his carers, however my only constructive feedback would be to offer greater consistency with the carers. I do appreciate that many staff do work on shifts and different work patterns, but as a result it meant he had a wide range of different carers. Whilst some people may really enjoy the variety, my father was quite a creature of habit, and so preferred to have a smaller number of people so he could get to know them and build a relationship. Bluezone were really helpful and thorough, and happy to try and adapt to his specific needs.
The end-of-life care support cannot be faulted. Every member of staff who cared for my loved one was kind, compassionate and extremely professional. The main live-in carer became like a member of the family. She was attentive and diligent, but also engaging and empathetic. She was able to smile and stay positive in the most difficult of circumstances and my loved one was completely at ease with her and enjoyed her company. Likewise, all the other carers who attended the house were both courteous and respectful. They were very much appreciated and valued by my loved one and his family. We could not have been more grateful for the support and care they gave. Would highly recommend.
