My friend is receiving home care from You Are My Sunshine Service and he is constantly singing their praises. It seems nothing is too much trouble for them, they go the extra mile to ensure he is happy and well looked after. I can honestly say that after many providers, this is the first one that he
has been happy with.

Outstanding care was provided. Service users' needs and requests are always met. Very friendly and professional staff always going above and beyond to make their fellow employees and service users happy. The care provided is with such high standards. Management is always understanding and resolves any
issues in a professional manner. Service users are all treated with such good dignity, and definitely good value for money.

Having plenty of experience with many different care providers, we, as a family, have found "You Are My Sunshine" being the most professional and caring company. They take the clients needs into consideration at all times. They never rush a call and will ensure all Dad's needs are met. They use humour
and have fun. The home is always left clean and tidy. Any issues are always passed onto the family.

I have been trying to organise relief care for my Auntie and Uncle without any success until I found You are my Sunshine. The owner, went above and beyond to try and find a solution for us. They are a very caring and compassionate company and put people first which is more than can be said about many
of the other companies I have dealt with recently. I will be using them in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending the manager and her carers to everyone needing help in the Pembrey and Burry Port area.
