The carers were helpful always on time always did what they were ask to do helped with the washing and the feeding and giving the medicine and writing everything down I would recommend them to anybody. They are very caring people.

We used Axiom Home Care as care support for my disabled partner whilst on holiday in Cornwall. It is fair to say that without their support in providing two carers to travel down to Cornwall with us, to stay with us in the holiday accommodation, in organising the district nurse in Cornwall and their overall support, we would not have been able to take my partner down to Cornwall out of the care home in which she resides. The holiday would just not have happened. The carers were extremely easy to get on with, courteous and professional in their looking after my partner's needs. My partner felt very comfortable with them and had no hesitation in asking for their assistance (which they always gave in a timely manner without complaint). At the same time in moments when the carers were not required they allowed us appropriate privacy. I will definitely be using Axiom again for future holidays and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

When I have visited my father, all his carers have been kind, attentive and very friendly. This is a huge relief to myself and my family that our dad, who we love dearly, is looked after.

I have an excellent service from all the carers, they are considerate and kind and I am grateful that I chose the right service for personal care for my sister.

I feel really supported by Axiom Home Care and their amazing staff. They have helped me a lot during my live-in care, especially with getting up in the morning, washing dishes, cleaning and preparing breakfast staying independent is very important to me and they have made that possible. I enjoy playing parkinsons football, badminton and doing artwork and the staff always encourage and support me. They are all kind and respectful and help me stay connected with my daughter and sister. They remain patient and caring. I am truly grateful for all they do.

I am a stroke survivor and left side paralysed for the last 7 years and I have been using different care agencies during that period but fortunately, I have been told by my friend about Axiom Home Care agency and I contacted the agency and now I'm being looked after by the Axiom Home Care team and all of my care providers were good and I have no issues with them but after the experience of Axiom care team members I am stunned and have no words to explain how grateful I am to be with them. Each visit from the carers of Axiom Home Care services is a positive experience. I am lucky to have these carers.

They communicate well and respond to my questions and comments promptly which helps to make the process a little easier. They have taken over tasks that we simply were struggling with allowing us some respite and comfort that personal hygiene etc. is being taken care of well. We have been very happy with the personal service and level of care given.

Axiom has been exceptional in helping us look after my father. From the initial meeting, they have helped us design a bespoke care programme for my dad, adjusted this when necessary and provided exceptional care, patience and professionalism throughout. All carers and management team go above their calling. My wife has always got a smile on her face after each and every visit (if she is happy, so am I) Their understanding and patience are second to none. She is treated with respect and dignity in all aspects from helping her out of bed, showering, dressing and regular checks throughout the day four times, seven days a week. Although I am the full-time carer for my wife, it makes both our lives better and comfortable and it's a pleasure to receive help.

My experience with the carers are attentive, listen to what I have to say to them, and understand my problems. If I ask them to go for a walk and talk at the same time they are happy to do so. We talk about all sorts of things. It is a real pleasure when they visit. So in summary I am very happy with what the guys are achieving.

I find the care support is good and the patient's dignity is respected. The carers do a good job and I would be lost without them. Thank you boys and girls.
