The treatment that we received in the time that we needed carers, was the best that we could home for. The carers were very professional, friendly, gentle, on time always had time to chat and very understanding.

After a rocky start this company went all out to improve things for me. They have done okay and I am now happy with the care my husband gets.

The carers arrive more or less on time, morning and evening. They arrive cheerful and dressed neatly and are always polite. They help me to dress and wash, and are always very gentle and kind. I am very happy with their treatment.

Head office keeps us informed if carers are going to be late.

I have been receiving care from AAA for the last 12 months. The carer is always on time and very respectful of my needs, she is always very happy and friendly. I'm glad I found AAA for my care needs and I would highly recommend their services.

This is the best care company we have experienced. We always see the same two members of staff, who are quiet, friendly, meticulous in the care they provide, and punctual. If there is a problem, we are advised by telephone, and in emergencies, an alternative carer arrives. All the AAA carers we have met have been excellent. We have no complaints.

This is now the third company I have moved to, historically highly dissatisfied with the service of other so-called "well-established companies" in the local area. I am astounded by the difference in service. Whilst all companies talk about total care, respect, dignity, I have now seen firsthand how some companies change to bad within the first week. With AAA what surprised me was the time the Management took to come and understand my mother's needs, the intricate details, thereon the most polite, professional carers they sent during "proper hours" unlike others. Very quiet, well-spoken, well-trained ladies who referred to my mother as "Mama" as opposed to her name with do this/do that, often in a very unsympathetic manner. AAA staff turn up very quietly, conduct their duties quietly (not banging doors/throwing things about or even continuing wearing toilet gloves to handle client foods). If they are guided to some dos and don'ts they never respond in an unsympathetic manner. Well done!
