I have always found the carers to be polite and friendly. They report any concerns and provide photos to the management and then the management contact me immediately so they can be dealt with accordingly.
They are very attentive with the care they provide and are on the ball as far as reporting any changes or concerns. I feel reassured by the care being provided. They make conversation, laugh and interact with my friend, this interaction and communication is extremely important to me as she is house and bed bound so the regular carer visits is a huge and vital part of her day. Abi the care manager is always on hand and replies to messages and calls straight away and nothing is ever too much for her, I really appreciate having that point of contact as it provides reassurance. On the odd occasion that there had been an incident or I have had a concern it has been dealt with immediately and in a professional manner.

I would highly recommend Anrapheal Care.

Anrapheal Care supported my aunt for two years until her hospital admission and, sadly, her passing.

They were the third agency over six years and strongest in both care support and communication with me and my aunt. This helped me navigate the challenges of progressive dementia. They recognised her need for consistency and, where possible, matched carers accordingly.

Abi, the manager, was consistently supportive and proactive when challenges arose. Abi's team generally met expectations; however, greater practical awareness was sometimes needed particularly when my aunt was reluctant to eat or drink. At times, food were left for her to eat or drink later despite it being unlikely my aunt would act due to her dementia; in this regard, earlier communication would have helped me step in sooner to resolve things.

More positively, the team supported with prescriptions, shopping, and updates. I'm also grateful to Abi and staff who attended her funeral, reflecting genuine care and respect.
