Helping Hands (Braintree) have supported my sister, who suffers from Alzheimer's, in her own home for approximately 3 years. Although she is mobile, she needs constant prompting to carry out everyday activities, personal hygiene and eating. The carers have been patient, kind and dedicated. The office management has been flexible and understanding. Having had a poor standard organisation in the past, H.H. have been an absolute lifesaver. Thank you all so much,
My experience with ' Helping Hands' is mostly good. The carers are well-presented, and usually on time and mostly efficient. There have been several occasions where I have had to phone the office to find out why my carer is delayed. Overall a good service.
We salute them all.
What a glowing review - thank you ever so much! I'm so delighted to hear how impressed you are with our service and that you consider us to be a family unit! It is our absolute pleasure to provide support to your wife and we are always happy to help.
With very best wishes,

valuing my staff is a priority, helping them excel in their roles. I also promote a healthy
work-life balance for both carers and branch staff. Outside work, I live with my partner and
our fur baby. We enjoy dining out and cherish quality time with family whenever possible.
