Well trained staff, polite and efficient. Generally time keeping is good. However, due to traffic congedtions, late arrivals are unavoidable.
Having said that, unrealistic journey times are quite frequent e.g.b
Finish job A at 09:00 for 1 hour start at job B at 10:00, or in rush hour, Hadleigh to Shoebury in 20 minutes!
Perhaps consider splitting the coverage area into 3 sectors and using locally resident carers in s specific area.
Well done, keep up the good work.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback, we really do appreciate it.

My Mum has had superb care from Helping Hands for three years . She is about to resume care with them following a stay in hospital and a re-enablement package. She is looking forward to seeing her former carers who are so friendly and reliable. I have found it really easy to discuss Mum's needs with them and I trust them to let me know of any concerns
Helping Hands have helped my father maintain his independence and allowed him to live in his own home whilst coping with vascular dementia. His carers have treated him with dignity and given him the care and companionship he needs when the family are not caring for him. The Manager is such an amazing woman, nothing is too much trouble. She has helped the whole family. Thank you.
Helping Hands were wonderful when my mother suffered a fall and couldn't do anything for herself. The carers were friendly and conscientious and the communication with the office was top notch. I can't recommend highly enough and will definitely call on their services again in the future if need be,
They were always kind and caring, nothing was too much.
I would highly recommend Helping Hands Home Care to anyone who needs care and support at home.
Helping Hands Home Care were entrusted with the care of our Mum, and they were magnificent in the face of a very reluctant client at times! Mum came to accept that Helping Hands enabled her to stay, and indeed die, in her own home, which was her most fervent wish. Both the carers and the Helping Hands management could not have done more for Mum, and as a family we will always be grateful for the love and care they provided Mum.
I have been enjoying the care from Helping Hands Home Care for the last three months, following the death of my late wife, every time (twice a week) I have had really happy and useful care, from whoever has arrived, for which I am most grateful.
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you're so pleased with our service. We really appreciate your feedback. Best wishes.
Office staff are always very obliging and the home carers that we have are second to none! Yes, they do a great job but they're always ready and willing to do that bit extra without being asked. Obviously, it helps that Helping Hands do their utmost to ensure we have the same carers each week as this helps my wife with her condition. Because they're regularly here, they know our routine and they simply "fit in" and get on with helping my wife and thus, reducing my work and my stress. They come across as not just a care company, but a truly, caring company. Well done to all at Helping Hands!

Very caring lovely staff. Always on time and did a great job in help Mum. Mum is not very mobile and would just sit on her settee waiting for the ladies to arrive. Mum enjoyed the chat and company as well.
The manager could not be more helpful and on the first visit spoke to Mum and not through me which meant a lot. The manager and her office staff are always happy to help and get back asap if you leave a message.
The manager and her team in Helping Hands Home Care Southend were incredibly helpful in setting up weekly support - companionship and assistance - for my mother who has dementia. They made it really easy to arrange and were really helpful and flexible. And so kind and caring to my mother. When the arrangement started they were so professional and reliable and my mother really benefited from the service. I want to pass on my thanks and would recommend the manager and her team who are amazing.
I am really happy with Helping Hands Home Care in Southend. They are very friendly and supportive and are understanding of my mother's needs. They took time to understand her and her life experience, her interests and what she likes and doesn't like. This has definitely helped my mother's acceptance of them. I am often away on business and it is very reassuring to know that she is in safe hands. The team are in regular contact with me and let me know if there is anything that concerns them which gives me great peace of mind. They are exceptionally reliable and caring.
