The carers are very helpful with my dad and he appreciates having their support.
There have been times when some of the carers have lapsed in the routines for my dad.

However, there has been a discussion with the manager and who has acted straight away and things are improving.

Havesters Care came into our lives when my husband became vulnerable and started to self-neglect. His health has deteriorated over the last two years and his needs have become more complex and is now in need of two carers four times per day, every day.
The care he receives from his carers is exceptional, they are kind, considerate, maintain his dignity, respectful and punctual.
I rely on these carers heavily as I still work, so his medication, welfare and comfort are solely managed by them.
Any small problems I have encountered I raised with management and it was always dealt with swiftly and politely.
There is no doubt my husband remains in our home, as per his wishes, due to the help and support we receive from Havesters' carers.
The lovely thing is daily, within 5 minutes of arrival...there is laughter in the house...they have got to know their client and chat and give companionship whilst completing their sometimes unpleasant tasks due to dementia and incontinence.

I salute them all!
