Over the last two years all the carers coming to my wife have been pleasant, with some more experienced than others in personal care. Communication at times can be a problem but any minor problems arising are dealt with promptly by management.

We have met around 10 of Opal carers and have been pleased with their expertise and willingness, nothing too much trouble. Management are 'hands on' and very caring - the operation to date has been almost flawless, we have had care at all times.

I have always believed that the measure of a society is reflected in how it treats its elders. That belief has shaped my life’s work and continues to guide every decision I make. My passion for social welfare—especially the dignity, safety, and emotional well-being of older adults—has never been theoretical for me; it is a calling that sits at the centre of who I am. In 2020, during a moment of global uncertainty, I chose to act on that calling by founding my own social care business. It was a leap of faith, but one rooted in conviction: that every elderly person deserves compassionate support and a life lived with respect.
Building this organisation has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. I lead with empathy, but also with clarity and purpose. I listen closely to the needs of the people we serve, and I work to create an environment where staff feel supported, families feel reassured, and the elderly feel genuinely valued. Over the years, the business has grown steadily, not because of ambition alone, but because the values behind it resonate with those around me.
What drives me forward is simple: I want to make a meaningful difference. I want older adults to feel seen, heard, and cared for. I want families to know their loved ones are in safe hands.
