All the staff and managers at Procare are very efficient friendly and helpful not only to my father but to relatives too. They are very professional and work to high standards. Procare have been visiting Dad since he came out of hospital in February. They have exceeded our expectations. Small team of carers ensures continuity and allows the formation of relationships. It's also reassuring for Mum who has limited vision to know when to expect visits and who is there. The care team are kind and considerate, they treat Dad with respect and do all they can to maintain his dignity. They go above and beyond to help in any way they can. It is also reassuring for me as I live 150 miles away and I know that if there is ever a concern or a query the admin team will let me know immediately.

From the very first contact with them, Procare have been absolutely wonderful. They made the setting up of the care so easy for me. They always go out of their way to offer help and assistance and are responsive to any requests for change. The carers themselves are highly professional giving an excellent standard of very personalised care. All of them have been so wonderful with my father, I have felt completely confident that all his needs are being met, both physical and emotional. I really would not have gotten through the past 10 months without them. I had been suddenly 'dropped' by an established care provider here in Spalding because they did not have enough staff; I had other local options from another reputable company but I decided to contact Procare. I needed urgent help, and the manager sent someone immediately working in Bourne (10 miles away!) to help me. From 'Day One' they have been excellent. In a way, I am glad that I had experienced care from another provider so that I could compare the level of service received. The staff in Procare are highly professional and at the same time very personal. A majority of the carers are highly qualified medical staff, a number of them are nurses or physiotherapists. It is just wonderful to know that such excellent care is being offered in our town. This is a new and relatively young company and it is exciting to see them develop and establish themselves - I am certain that as this company grows and becomes more established they will be very much sought after. Highly recommended.

The carers are always very friendly, courteous and kind. The care provided is always first class. They lift the mood. Well done. They always let me know if they are going to be late (unforeseen circumstances) or indeed early.

After having homecare from a previous supplier Procare have been a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too much trouble and always asking what more can be done. Very professional and always clean and well presented. Nothing but praise but this organization.
