Procare looked after my Mum for the last 2 years of her life. They were always kind and patient and treated her with respect and good humour. There was always excellent communication with the office staff about any concerns.
We could not have wished for better carers and would highly recommend them

My Mum was suffering from vascular dementia and deteriorated to the point of requiring far more care than I could practically provide. I had no choice, but to take a huge leap of faith in handing her over to complete strangers, when I engaged the services of Procare Domicilliary Services.
I need
not have worried. During the 21 months they cared for my Mum it was with complete compassion, along with genuine and unwavering care, patience and support; a consistently high standard throughout. I was also kept up to date and consulted with any medical needs and concerns by the office staff who were a perfect interface between the care team and medical professionals.
I could not have been more pleased with the care my Mum received, in fact I cannot believe how fortunate we were in engaging their services. Therefore, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

On July 12, 2024 @ 8.30 pm was my initial contact with staff from Procare and I was completely impressed and that did not change during the period that they attended to my beloved husband.
They were all truly courteous, friendly and caring, from their manager right down to the carers visiting on a
daily basis. They took pride in their work and ensured that I was happy with everything that they were doing for my late husband. They washed him, dressed him administered his medication and made sure he was comfortably tucked into bed before they left, of which I am truly grateful.
I honestly could not have rallied without them and I fully recommend them for families who are looking for an outstanding home care provider.

All the staff and managers at Procare are very efficient friendly and helpful not only to my father but to relatives too. They are very professional and work to high standards. I would not hesitate in recommending them in any sphere of care. I am truly grateful we have such professionalism, with understanding

Procare have been visiting Dad since he came out of hospital in February. They have exceeded our expectations. Small team of carers ensures continuity and allows the formation of relationships. It's also reassuring for Mum who has limited vision to know when to expect visits and who is there. The care
team are kind and considerate, they treat Dad with respect and do all they can to maintain his dignity. They go above and beyond to help in any way they can. It is also reassuring for me as I live 150 miles away and I know that if there is ever a concern or a query the admin team will let me know immediately.

The manager and her team are very responsive to the needs of our friend.
They communicate effectively with family and always aim to go the extra mile.
If there is anything to action then the manager is straight onto it and always feedback once completed.
Very lovely company to work with.
Procare
are flexible when needed to accommodate hospital appointments meaning earlier care visits.
Small care team means continuity of care and meaning relationships can be built.

Procare Domiciliary Services provided daily care for my mother whilst she was still able to live at home after the company we were using increased their prices astronomically so they become unaffordable. All I can say is Procare were absolutely amazing and I wish we had found them in the first place.
As Mum's condition deteriorated and her requirements changed they were flexible about the care given even at short notice. Not being local it took a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that such professional support was being given, on one occasion when our dad was suddenly taken ill Procare called to let us know and stayed with them until the family could get there and take over. Mum thought of the carers as friends rather than support which made the fact she needed help so much nicer for her, thank you all again.
My brother and I would highly recommend Procare to anyone that wants kind, friendly and professional support.

From the very first contact with them, Procare have been absolutely wonderful. They made the setting up of the care so easy for me. They always go out of their way to offer help and assistance and are responsive to any requests for change. The carers themselves are highly professional giving an excellent
standard of very personalised care. All of them have been so wonderful with my father, I have felt completely confident that all his needs are being met, both physical and emotional. I really would not have gotten through the past 10 months without them. If you are looking for highly professional, highly qualified and yet still very reasonably priced care, you really couldn't do better than Procare. Thank you all so much!

I had been suddenly 'dropped' by an established care provider here in Spalding because they did not have enough staff; I had other local options from another reputable company but I decided to contact Procare. I needed urgent help, and the manager sent someone immediately working in Bourne (10 miles
away!) to help me. From 'Day One' they have been excellent. In a way, I am glad that I had experienced care from another provider so that I could compare the level of service received. The staff in Procare are highly professional and at the same time very personal. A majority of the carers are highly qualified medical staff, a number of them are nurses or physiotherapists. It is just wonderful to know that such excellent care is being offered in our town. This is a new and relatively young company and it is exciting to see them develop and establish themselves - I am certain that as this company grows and becomes more established they will be very much sought after. Highly recommended.

After having homecare from a previous supplier Procare have been a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too much trouble and always asking what more can be done. Very professional and always clean and well presented. Nothing but praise but this organization.

Carers are very good with my partner. They are very experienced with all mobility and are a pleasure to have in the home all carers are very respectful in all aspects of care and I would recommend them highly very happy
